We were treated like family during our stay. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and we reserved a quadruple room. Room was very spacious with nice views of pyramids and new museum. Breakfast was excellent and every staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place 5 stars all around.

The best thing about this property is the level of service. Staff is extremely helpful and available 24/7. The rooms are spacious and clean / tidy. Beds are comfortable. The roof top dinning with great views of Pyramids is amazing. Also it has a view of New Pyramid Museum. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

The overall review for us a family of four that includes two children age 7 and 8 was great. We was met by amazing staff name Ahmad after he gave me a guide on how to get there . The area surrounding the place was in a lot of development and the road conditions is a was bit challenging Besides that the room we stayed in was absolutely amazing. It has a jacuzzi and great view of the New Egyptian Museum and the pyramids at a distance. We were served a generous breakfast while attended by an absolutely amazing staff/reception name Alaa ( hope I spell the name right ) for all the days we were there. She was very friendly and attentive and gave us so much information and helps on how to get around. God bless her and them all. Overall we are very satisfied and would definitely recommend the place to travellers who seek a very comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Although I was initially concerned about the road conditions to get there and the surrounding areas but the amazing stay and the absolutely amazing staff offsets it all.

The most amazing views and hospitality
I can't speak highly enough of new museum guest house. I would give it 10 stars if i could. Great service, amazing hospitality, amazing view of pyramids from balcony, great location, great breakfast. Outside the hotel is a lil rough but inside was immaculate. Their office is on 3rd floor not the one they're remodeling on ground floor. Booked pyramid tour, museum tour and nile river boat show/dinner with them. I will absolutely be staying here again

The staff is superb. They make you feel like you are part of their family. They are extremely kind and helpful. The location is excellent. It is located right across from the new Grand Museum and close to the pyramids. The view is awesome. The breakfast is an authentic Egyptian breakfast and is made fresh and brought to you at your table. The portions are huge. Clearly the facilities are continuing to be improved and I’m sure that it’ll be great when it is all finished. But, because of the construction, there is obviously some noise and debris. However, the staff is constantly cleaning up any debris. The personalized tours that they offer to many various sights are definitely worth it. The personal tour guide and driver take wonderful care of you. The tour guide is very professional and still personal. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and friendly and capable. If you appreciate personalized attention and service, this is the place for you!

Booked this for proximity to the Grand Egyptian museum and the pyramids. Room was upgraded which was lovely, but the thing that’s got the 5 stars is how amazing all the staff were, especially Alec. Also breakfast was unbelievable, way too much for me to eat, but I took the falafels and fruit with me both days for lunch. We will be back when the GEM opened the rest of the galleries, and I would book again. The roof terrace is fab.

The property is located down a back alleyway that at first glance was concerning. Also, the hotel is located on the third floor of a building that occupies other hotels and apartments. It is not walkable to anything. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with views of the pyramids and the new museum. However, the staff was incredible. Alaa was basically our personal concierge. She welcomed us and literally arranged transportation, tickets to museums, pyramids, lunch. She was available for any questions or concerns. We are extremely grateful for all of her help. And Mu, the nighttime staff, was also very friendly and helpful.

The staff at New Museum Guest House Pyramid View were so accommodating during our trip to Giza and made us feel very safe! Perfect location for seeing the pyramids and the breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful. The hotel staff were helpful in arranging transportation anywhere we needed, including free pickup from the airport upon arrival. Will definitely stay again on my return trips to Cairo!!

The area around the hotel was under construction so that added some noise and mess to the area, but it felt very safe and I would absolutely stay there again

The staff were brilliant. Always made time to talk to us,very attentive,always happy,always happy to help. Kahram,mohad,musafa,and dalia always there to help with anything that was needed ..from ordering food and drinks to cleaning and advising on day tours. Very knowledgeable on surroundings areas and things to see and do. The only negative things was the guest house needs completing(but this is being done)...but doesn't interfere with your stay at this place. Our guide amina was excellent and also very knowledgable taxis were always on time and no rushing to get to anywhere also very cheap.we will definitely return to stay there in the future. Miss them all already.

We were extremely impressed and grateful for all of the assistance and attention provided by the staff. Wael, Karam and Dahlia were exceptional with their help. Ashraf was an amazing driver and highly recommended if there is a need to travel around the city. Alladin was a great guide of the Pyramids as well. Book your excursions through the hotel and you will not go wrong. You will need transportation though as not much public transportation is around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a visit to the Pyramids and a Nile River cruise.

The property is located in a unique location directly in front of the Grand Egyptian Museum , really had a wonderful stay in this place .Staff was always very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and the food was good. The front desk was very helpful setting up daily activities and tours.
