Hotel com boas piscinas, mas intalaçoes de quarto muito antigas e desconfortåveis. A comida do restaurante totalmente sem gosto e os atendentes em sua maioria sem treinamento para receber turistas.

O ponto negativo, banheiro muito pequeno, nao tem ventilação para saida de odores, com isso quarto fica com cheiro orivel, com infiltracoes nas pardes da pia, falta uma janela acima da banheira Ponto possitivo... Hotel muito bom, adentimento bom, piscina grandes e limpas, cafe e almoço dentro dos padrÔes.

Infelizmente a famosa "ĂĄgua quente" de Caldas Novas nĂŁo estava presente no quarto! NĂŁo sei dizer o motivo, mas a ĂĄgua do chuveiro / banheira poderiam estar mais quentes. Quanto ao estado do quarto hĂĄ a necessidade de reparos pontuais.

O apartamento de nada tinha a ver com as fotos apresentadas no site. Moveis velhos, danificados, enferrujados, cortinas sujas, paredes do banheiro sujas parecendo sangue ou cocĂŽ, portas que nao fechavam, banheira toda danificada, box com defeito, frigobar velho e cheio de ferrugem, armario danificado enfim... percebi que outros apartamentos tinham estruturas diferentes, estavam reformados, o hotel nao tem um padrĂŁo. Minha sugestao ao site Ă© que coloque as fotos do apartamento que sera reservado e que o cliente decida sem essa desagradavel surpresa.
