The rooms were dirty, it was shown that they were cleaning but they were not cleaned, they did not change the sheets, they put dirty sheets several times, we talked to the manager and they did not even apologize.

Very nice hotel but room was very warm and took most of the night to cool down. Extremely upsetting to open my door and smell cigarette smoke down the whole length of the hallway. Not a pleasant experience at all in that sense
