I am beyond frustrated with my stay at this hotel. The room we were given looked extremely old and run-down. The furniture, the bed, the overall condition—everything felt outdated and poorly maintained. The bed itself was small and uncomfortable, nothing close to what you’d expect for the amount we paid. We paid $267,000,000 for just two nights, and honestly, the room wasn’t worth even $50 a night. That price is outrageous for what we received. To make matters worse, the housekeeping service was a complete joke. We specifically asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out. After a long day, we came back around 11 p.m. expecting at least fresh towels and clean sheets, but NOTHING had been done. No towels changed, no sheets changed, not even the trash was taken out. The room was exactly the same as when we left it in the morning. This level of neglect is unacceptable. We were exhausted and extremely upset to walk back into a dirty, unkept room after paying so much money. The whole experience felt like a complete rip-off.

Kitchen rooms do not include pots/pans.

We booked a multiple bed and kitchen room. Upon check in we discovered the kitchen had no pots/pans, utensils, or dishes! When we spoke to the front desk they said those items are not included. Who travels with these items? We booked a kitchen room to be able to cook while working in Calgary for the week and ultimately paid for a useless ‘amenity’. The front desk would not help by changing rooms or offering a price reduction. Extremely disappointed in our stay here.

Fair distance from airport. Cab was $40 - located in outlying area. Quiet. Room clean, a/c unit smells musty. Ok for one night, but add $80 to price for your cab to and from. Might as well pay the price and stay closer to airport
