Hidden fees.
Unfortunately the add doesn’t tell you that they have a $25 fee for parking and another $25 if you have a dog. The hotel looks like an old apartment building so each room has a kitchen. The toilets are heated which I thought was unique.

We really enjoyed it!
Checking was very fast and wonderfully executed. They had things ready including the room keys already programmed. The elevators are rather small but they worked just fine. The suite we had was very nice and updated. The bathroom was a bit dirty still with what appeared to be toothpaste spatter on the mirror and wall which I cleaned up and the oven rack was also dirty. The plates and especially the bowls in the kitchen were quite small. Some mixing bowls would have been nice as well. The fridge was set too low and we had to turn it up because things in the freezer were thawing. The couch in the living room was a hide a bed and was very noisy and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. All of that being said, it was a great stay that I would definitely do again!
