Staff are nice and friendly. Room was clean and it is relatively quiet. TVs are too small to be mounted so high and older. The demographic that hangs around outside the hotel and in the surrounding area is quite bad, lots of homeless and drug addicts in the area. So around the outside is not clean, there is lots of litter, green strips and gardens are not nice or kept. There should be security patrols.

Not great the pool was ice cold to the point where I a grown man wouldn’t go in. Asked the hotel services about it and they did not care. We stayed for two nights they didn’t remove the “full” garbage cans from the room. Not a single vending machine I went to worked.
