Welcome to the Jasper! This contemporary unit is perfect for professionals, families or couples wanting to explore all Calgary as to offer! This is an upper unit in a 4 flex building. Located just minutes outside of Downtown. It's spacious and sleek design offers comfort and luxury all in one. Designed with our guests in mind, we provide a designated work space, full kitchen with all essentials, stylish dining area and 2 spacious bedrooms as well as free parking and in suite laundry.

Albert Park and Radisson Heights are close to Downtown Calgary. Inglewood, Fort Calgary Historic Park and the Calgary Zoo, are just moments away. The Max Bell Centre (ice hockey arena) is located immediately west of Radisson Heights.

Free street parking on premise. Has good access to shopping and citywide transportation routes, and has views of the Bow River Valley, the Downtown and the Canadian Rockies.

You may park your vehicles on the street in front of the home.
1. No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance for your convenience.

2. Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.

3. Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.

4. No Parties or Events: Our property is in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy.

5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. There will be an additional fine for smoking on the property

6. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy in our property. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the premises. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.

7. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 5. Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in advance.

8. Respect the Property: We take pride in our home; please treat it with care and respect. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest responsible.

9. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.

10. The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.

11. Registered Guests only (This will be monitored by Ring Doorbell)

Couch and beds to soft and to low to the ground. Dining chairs are hard plastic. No where to really sit comfortably in there. Other than that, the rest of the place is ok.

Planes noisy, leaky ceiling, deck is a mess, turn living room rug round & tape down the turned up corner is trip hazard, back gate to hide the shed w torn open garbage. Home is clean w nice layout, kitchen has everything, beds were very comfortable

We had a great stay in Raddison Heights!
We enjoyed our 3 months here at the flat. First of all I want to thank Melissa for the good communication and all the help during our stay! The flat is very spacious and large rooms so you can feel comfortable like at home. The balcony is nice during good weather and the location is good. You can walk 10min to a grocery store and 10min to the C-Train to downtown. Although the isolation of the accomondation is not so good and you can hear the people of the flat below clearly (and the other way around). The diashwasher is not placed well (can't be open fully and is not mounted inside the kitchen). Some things in the kitchen are also missing to be called "fully equipped", like a large pot, mixer and stuff. Internet is very fast and perfectly for working from home. A better workplace (a office chair) would be nice. Some people often review the safety of a location in Canada so: We never felt unsafe here (nor did we anywhere in Canada). There are nice neighbors around and kids are coming by on Halloween. We definitely will come again. Thanks for everything!
