No geral foi muito bom, o atendimento acho que pode melhorar, tudo era conversado pelo whatsapp e quem respondia era muito ríspido nas respostas, acho que existe formas melhores de conversar por mensagem. E o tempo de uso da piscina poderia ser maior também, é muito curto, pra quem está viajando quer curtir, abrir às 9h e fechar a piscina às 18h da tarde na minha opinião é não querer que seja utilizada. Tem muitas coisas pra fazer na cidade, então quando está na pousada o mínimo é usufruir do que tem lá.
