The space
Centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.

This spacious and cozy ground floor flat has modern stylings and very comfortable furnishings. Relax and enjoy the open-plan living room or cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. It will be the perfect base for you to enjoy a truly exceptional home away from home experience!

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and built-in wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.
2nd Bedroom: 2 x Single Bed Bed underneath the main single bed and a working desk in the bedroom.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower just off the hallway.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and we provide toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and soap.

CHILLING:
Spacious open plan living with a flat-screen Smart TV to select your favorite Streaming App or Local channel. Shared outdoor garden space surrounding the property.

EATING:
We have a kitchen bar and a small dining area to allow you to enjoy a delicious meal at home. The kitchen is kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances includes an oven, electric hob, and fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
A dedicated free undercover parking space belonging to the flat is available for guests to use, as well as free on-street parking.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated close to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals (10-minute drive), and a short 10-minute drive to Cambridge train station and the Cambridge city center, our flat is the perfect stay for all occasions and a good base to take in the many local tourist attractions and colleges across Cambridge.
There is a Tesco Superstore 5 minutes walk away and along Cherry Hinton High Street (10-15 minute walk), there are cafes, restaurants, and pubs to meet all tastes.

My flat is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self-check-in to give you flexibility if you arrive late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive, and private use of the entire apartment and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.

- We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbors
- Smoking in the property is not allowed.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire for £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property before your stay.
- Please remove your shoes while inside the property and leave them in the entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, including washing machine pods, toilet rolls, and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a Tesco supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge has personally inspected my home and certified it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

Additional rules
- Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking in the property is not allowed.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- No Pets allowed
- Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will disrupt my cleaner’s schedule.
- Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down, especially after 11 pm.
- Please remove shoes inside the property and leave them in the entrance hall.
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available to hire for £50, or on their own for £30 each. Please request during your booking, for delivery to the property before your stay.
- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, and £50 if you lock yourself out. Please be careful with them.
- We provide toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine pods, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
