Description
As an elegant, historical home of one of the most famous Atlantic Coast shipbuilders, Holly Bean. The Bean House stands on the end of Main Street, offering a window into the life and vibrancy of downtown Camden. Restaurants, shops, the harbor, and hiking are all just outside the front door.
This condo has a minimum rental requirement of 7 days.

The space
The State Room is a private, fully furnished studio condo, within the larger condominium. This space includes; a private room and bathroom, kitchen space, custom built furniture and murphy bed.
The shared spaces in the condominium are open to guests including a large porch, basement laundry room and one parking space.
This is a cozy, private, space just under a minute walk from town where you can find just about anything else you could need!

Guest Access
Guests will have access to:
- The Unit #13 Condo itself.
- A single parking space just to the right of the dumpster(On street parking is available).
- A shared basement with laundry amenities(Washer & Dryer).
- A shared porch with deck chairs when the weather is agreeable.

Interaction with guests
I will be available by messenger, text and phone call for the entire length of your stay.
