Lakefront näkymä on uskomattoman rauhoittava ja erinomainen arvo.

Monimutkainen on 2 suurta uima-allasta sinun ilo. Vanha Kinderhook, yksi alkuun golfkentät Missouri, sijaitsee alle 0. 5 kilometrin päässä tästä monimutkainen. Muut kaunis ja haastava golfkenttää 10-15 minuutin ajomatkan. Lähistöllä ovat myös kymmeniä Lakefront ravintoloita ja yökerhoja pääsee maahan tai veteen. Ruokakaupat ja ostoksia Camdenton on vain viiden minuutin päässä ja uusia mahdollisuuksia on Osage Beach vain 15 minuutin päässä kautta hiljattain avattu moottoritie.

Wonderful view! Location was close to everything. Condo was super spacious, came with all basic needs, dinnerware, cookware, towels, linens, paper products, etc. The only big downfall was that we were told we could park our trailer and boat at the property in a certain location. That was not the case we had to go down the road, across the bridge and park in someone’s back yard/small ramp area. This was not near the condo. But overall, it was a great family vacay and the owner’s were super attentive and responsive, when we had a small issue on a tv, they quickly responded and sent someone over to help resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend!

Everything went really well - kitchen was easy to use.
I was there when it was 100 degrees. A/C worked well - upstairs was a little warm - but it was ok. Sun blasts in there in the morning but was surprisingly cool inside. Use of property instructions and a book of the property was there for reference - including a personal note from Owners. That was nice. The one thing I would recommend is having maybe just a percolator type coffee pot to make 4-5 cups at a time. People can bring there own coffee like we did - but ended up buying a pot at Walmart down the street to use. Everything else was appointed wonderfully.

Wonderful condo-perfect for families
We loved this place! It is beautifully decorated and so convenient with the pool on-site and an easy walk down to the boat dock. Less boat traffic on this part of the lake if you just want an easy cruise and several good floating places close-by. The owner is very good about responding to questions. Enjoyed having the grill to make meals and the living space was great for hanging out together after the little one went to sleep. Loved it!

Great Family Time
When I booked the condo, I wanted the grandgirls to have access to a pool. There was a large, clean pool right below the deck of the condo. Very convenient! It was also convenient to have a boat slip close. The condo was very roomy for the 8 of us. The deck had comfortable furniture with plenty of seating. Nice kitchen open to the living room so the cooks were involved with everyone. I would recommend this stay for anyone

My family spent a relaxing long weekend here. The property is a condo in a gated community conveniently located off of highway 54 in Camdenton. The new pace is furnished with the essentials, clean and spacious. We had one very minor issue with the gate entry code that prompted us to have to contact the property manager; Mr. David was very punctual to answer, pilot and genuine. Great customer service. I would have no issue with recommending this spot to friends and family. We will check on the availability of this place the next time we visit the area.

The property was beautifully updated with all the comforts of home including a wonderfully stocked kitchen (we did a lot of our own cooking) and a high chair for our granddaughter! Overall... a great and quiet place to stay!!
The condo is beautiful!! There were a few things that we were looking forward to that weren't working. The fireplace wasn't working so we called about how to turn it on (there were no instructions). The owner called back promptly but told us that it wasn't working. That was a disappointment since my parents have never had a fireplace in their home and were looking forward to enjoying the warmth and ambiance. Also, the ice maker doesn't work... it had ice in it when we arrived (looked like from a bag) but after using up the ice, it never made more... we were there for 5 days/4 nights so we had to buy a few bags to supplement. We made due so not a huge deal... just good to know for the next renters. Other than the spider webs and spiders on the deck that we swept away (inevitable at on a lake property) the condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated! Just be aware of the stairs to get to the unit.... may be difficult for older guests. We had a great time and the beds were comfortable and very relaxing that offered a great night's sleep. The owners really put much thought into making the place well equipped and comfortable. The inside was very clean and well decorated. They provided great information in a binder. The only downside was too many spiders on the patio so we were not able to use the deck. I’d have the cleaning company address this each time.
