Villa Lluna Nova is a spacious and cozy Majorcan house with private pool, offering total privacy, unobstructed views, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Ideally located in the Sa Pobla area, just a short drive from the white sandy beaches of Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, this villa is an oasis of peace in one of the most sought after areas of the island. Thanks to its spacious, fully air-conditioned interiors and its large gardens with lawns, shrubs, trees and furnished areas, this villa will impress.

Inside, Villa Lluna Nova is surprisingly spacious: 8 guests will find plenty of space to all sit together, relax or dine, while enjoying privacy when needed. There are 4 bedrooms in total, as well as 4 bathrooms. The large living room (ground floor) has comfortable sofas, and flat screen TV (with Sky Sport package), Wi-Fi internet access, dining room and large doors that lead to the outside. The independent kitchen is modern and fully equipped for the preparation of any type of food. On the lower floor there is also a cozy double bedroom with bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms with bathrooms (2 double and 1 with 2 single beds, respectively) are located on the upper floor. The upstairs terrace offers stunning views over the surrounding countryside and pool. For greater comfort, the entire villa has air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times between 14:00 and 16:00 and 20:00 to 08:00).

Outside, the villa enjoys one of the most tranquil and private environments in the north of Mallorca. Large, well-kept gardens surround the property and the private pool to provide excellent isolation. The pool measures an impressive 7.9 m x 4.5 m (depth between 1 m and 1.9 m) and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers. The large furnished terraces offer plenty of options for outdoor dining, enjoying the local breeze and the beautiful environment. A brick barbecue is also provided and there is private parking on site.

Schöner Urlaub in Campanet
Schöner Aufenthalt in diesem tollen großen Haus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. So ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlen wenn man mit einer großen Gruppe fährt. Aber man kann sich ja arrangieren. Irgendwie gibt es immer eine Lösung. Was mich persönlich besonders gestört hat dass es in dem ganzen Haus keine Badehandtücher gibt. Nur das Set was jede Person zum Einzug bekommt. Ein Badehandtuch und ein kleines Handtuch. Natürlich kann man Badehandtücher mieten aber ich erwarte bei einem Poolhaus dass es ausreichend Pooltüchern gibt. Aber alles in allem was ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
