Very tired facility.

Very tired condition of room and common areas. Hallway carpets worn and dirty. Every lampshade in guest room was out of wack. Room curtains unable to open. Room furniture miss matched. Quality of silverware in room poor. Hotel needs a refresh.

Whilst overall i enjoyed my stay the hotel is in need of a refresh. One of my hot plates on the stove didn't work. My door also stuck and was difficult to open. And there was no screen on my window. Which meant opening it was difficult as my toddler could climb out and fall. Breakfast was also very confusing.on the first day (a Saturday) there was only rice. When I asked the a staff member i was told a deliver didn't come. Another guest came in and also asked and was advised that hot food was typically no served. That guest was shocked by this and continued questioning and was then told that there was an egg shortage. We were also told we should be thankful there is any food available at all. This is not an appropriate response when we paid for a hotel room that was advertised as having breakfast included. If only a continental breakfast is not served on weekends that should be advised at check-in. And should be the only answer when staff are questioned. If the egg shortage is an issue a sign should be placed at breakfast. Communication goes a long way.

We have stayed here twice now and both times the staff has been absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean, spacious, with kitchenettes and you can even wash your clothes for free!
