Yesterday's Resort style convention hotel
The property was built to be a resort style convention centre hotel with expensive refurbishing like granite walls in the bathrooms, large curved ramps between floors etc. It is still nice but certain parts are not really used anymore including the waterpark

This hotel has seen its day and my main complaint is the double bed which is merely two singles shoved together and a gap in the middle cost more for this !!! I took the bedding apart and took pic

Academia nota 10! Pra ficar completa só faltou um espelho, mas nada que impeça de treinar! Tv não é smart o que deixa você bem limitado no quarto! Água do chuveiro não sai quente! Sai morna mais pro frio! Ar condicionado com controle quebrado, só pega se tirar e colocar ela pilha! Café da manhã teve muita expectativa porém é simples, dia 01/01 teve uns bolos bonitos e diferentes porém dia 02 só bolos simples! Tem muito a melhorar nos detalhes o hotel! Por ser um hotel grande e resort esperei mais ! Não voltaria novamente!

A limpeza do quarto foi insatisfatória e sempre faltavam toalhas e cobertores. Além disso, o quarto apresentava apenas uma tomada de três pinos. A água do chuveiro não esquentava. A televisão do quarto tinha uma resolução muito baixa. A piscina estava sempre suja com lixo e nenhuma bicicleta da academia funcionava. Na piscina, ficavam hóspedes fumando e apagando os cigarros na água. O café da manhã não apresentava rodízio e os itens se repetiam todos os dias. Além disso, a máquina de café parava de funcionar todos os dias.

A estadia em si possui pontos positivos, consideravelmente “ok” em comparação à outras experiências, o quarto é confortável embora realmente seja uma estrutura antiga, não há sinalização de como utilizar o chuveiro quente, e ficou meio perceptível que ele funcionava à depender da demanda ou horário, ou seja, a água quente não se mantém estável, existem picos de uso. No quesito alimentação o café é diversificado e com bastante opções, visto que o mesmo está aberto ao público diariamente, então há uma atenção quanto à isso, além de que a outra parte do restaurante do hotel que funciona durante outros períodos também dispõe de boas opções e praticidade. Quanto a estrutura do hotel, é como se em alguns lugares você visitasse um lugar abandonado, existe sujeira visível, objetos abandonados ou inutilizados, a piscina aquecida fica em um ambiente um pouco estranho, além de que estava suja quando fomos para lá, e só fomos visto que a piscina externa estava em manutenção, algo que poderia ter sido avisado e não foi, e que teve a manutenção interrompida para atender a algum evento/festa que possivelmente já estava alugado, após isso, foi interditada novamente, o que demonstrou descaso com quem estava hospedado há dias ali, completo desrespeito afinal faz parte da experiência, e não pudemos aproveitar como gostaríamos. Muitas coisas realmente antigas, móveis, academia com objetos que cheirava a barata, além de não haver nada para limpeza dos equipamentos…

Puede haber muchas mejoras ,, como europeo lo puedo ver ,, pero realmente me voy súper agradecido sobre todo el trato humano , el personal fantástico quizás falte inversión sobre todo piscina , Gym ,, pero eso es parte que la cadena hotelera que no invierte lo que recauda por cliente y es una lástima,, sino muy recomendable
