Property was advertised as having wifi. It turns out, the connection in the room was spotty and very slow when it did work. It was impossible to conduct my online meetings in the hotel during my stay. I complaint at the reception and discussed the situation with Expedia. I checked out after two of the 5 day stay. The hotel would not agree to allow Expedia to reimburse me for the three days I did not stay. Expedia should be responsible for ensuring any claims, such as the availability of wifi, is indeed the case. This had a major impact on my trip.

Quarto sujo com cheiro insuportável ! Sem blackout, TV com 4 canais , frigobar desligado, shampoo e sabonete de péssima qualidade. Lençol sujo, travesseiro fino , quarto era um puxadinho fora do hotel . Me cobraram duas x ( mas já estornaram) enfim show de horrores . Eu que sempre confiei nos hotéis que vcs indicam tô com medo de voltar reservar na hotéis.com

O valor da diária é extremamente caro, não deveria ultrapassar R$ 300,00 pois o hotel não fornece nada de especial, o secador de cabelo não fica disponível no quarto, banheiros da área de lazer com cheiro muito forte de desinfetante de péssima qualidade. Quarto com pernilongo. O café da manhã é bom. O atendimento da recepção é excelente, atendentes simpáticas e prontas para atender-nos.
