It was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. I felt very welcomed and all the staff treated us like family. The breakfast is great, the room is great and cozy. Great heating, great wifi, great hot water. I liked all the details they put into this hotel and my wife liked it too. I could even see the hotel from Morro do Elefante which was cool!

A estadia foi excelente! A localização é perfeita, a poucos minutos do centrinho de Capivari, então pudemos explorar restaurantes, lojas e atrações a pé, o que facilitou muito. O quarto era confortável, proporcionando um ótimo descanso após os passeios. O chão do banheiro aquecido. O café da manhã foi um destaque à parte, com panquecas, waffles e omeletes preparados na hora, além de diversas opções frescas que fizeram toda a diferença. O atendimento também foi impecável, com uma equipe sempre prestativa e disposta a ajudar. Recomendo muito para quem busca estar perto de tudo em Capivari, mas ainda em um ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor.

O melhor lugar que já me hospedei. Não há um simples defeito. Os responsáveis entram em contato com você desde o dia da reserva pra explicarem tudo, por exemplo, caso tem restrição de locomoção o elevador não acessa o último andar, então eles te colocam em outro quarto. O café da manhã é espetacular. Mas o ponto alto é a decoração/ ambientação. Ah, preciso agradecer a todos lá pelo carinho. Era aniversário da minha mulher e solicitei uma torta de pistache. Eles não compraram, eles aprenderam a fazer e ficou uma delícia. Esse tipo de preocupação com o hóspede eu nunca vi. Escolher o Canada Lodge vai ser uma das melhores e mais fáceis decisões que você terá na sua viagem.
