Cobrança em duplicidade e mal conservação geral
Muito ruim a experiência com essa pousada, começando pela recepção que cobrou novamente para liberar a entrada, mesmo depois que mostrei o recibo que já estava na pago pelo aplicativo. Alegaram que não constava o pagamento para eles e caso confirmassem que já estava pago, fariam o reembolso da cobrança, e simplesmente não resolveram. Cobrei várias vezes e nada foi feito. Espero que o Hotéis.com resolva essa situação. Além dessa situação desagradável, tivemos outra decepção com os quartos, que estavam em péssimo estado de conservação, colchão sem condições de uso, travesseiros, lençóis e toalhas muito velhos e com manchas, controle da tv não funcionava direito. Banheiro também precisando de manutenção, registros soltando e vazando água. Realmente uma decepção, dificilmente vou acreditar em avaliações publicadas nesse site. Último detalhe, café da manhã bem fraco.

Péssima pousada
Chegamos na pousada 18:00. O controle da TV não funcionava. Solicitei pilhas, não tinham. Informaram que o aquecedor (elétrico de chão) levava em média 40 minutos para esquentar o quarto, ficamos em torno de 1 hora e 10 minutos na pousada e o quarto estava extremamente frio. O chuveiro não esquentava. As fronhas dos travesseiros estavam furadas. A pintura dos quartos destacando. Estávamos com uma criança de 2 anos e não havia a mínima chance de passar a noite sem banho e no frio que estava fazendo. Fui até a recepção e disse que iríamos embora. Não nos foi ofertado nenhum tipo de reembolso. Entrei em contato com a empresa intermediadora da reserva, que alegou a tentativa de contato por 3 dias seguidos e a pousada recusou qualquer tipo de reembolso ou pedidos de desculpas pelo constrangimento causado. Voltamos para onde moramos durante a noite após um dia cansativo. Péssima manutenção e gestão comercial.

Não vale o valor cobrado.
Razoável. Não tem limpeza de quarto diária. Disseram que tem ar condicionado, mas é só um soprador. Café da manhã no primeiro dia foi bom, no último dia estava com itens de 2 dias atrás, pães duros, sucos com gosto de perdido, deixou a desejar. Quarto com aspecto de desleixo. Frigobar estava com itens de outro hóspede, caixa de pizza c/ pizza velha dentro.
