All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as pictured in booking which seems to never happen. The food at the restaurant was well priced and delicious. The bed was my fav part - super comfy. Only thing is the shower doesnt have a partition that closes so you get water everywhere when showering, and the shower head is not good for hair washing, the water pressure wasnt good. Otherwise fab and we will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful. They made great suggestions about the facility and surrounding area! The restaurant staff were delightful. The food was yummy and reasonably priced.

We stayed for a wedding that offered shuttle bus services. Convenient and the $5 breakfast was the bomb. Will stay again if ever in Wetaskiwin. Co

The room was very clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were great even though I thought I had order a room with a queen bed we got one with two double beds our sleep was incredible. Having the toilet shower in its own room and the sink in the main room. The staff were courteous to deal with, checking was quick. The pub was quiet, the food was tasty and the server Dani was awesome. My wife ordered a wine that she turned out not liking and they exchanged it for a different one which she enjoyed. The continental breakfast was very filling. In conclusion we enjoyed our stay there and highly recommended it.

We liked the hospitality such as help in getting into a room when ours was not ready. The room was in excellent condition and had conveniences that we were not expecting. The cleanliness was much appreciated and we enjoyed the view overlooking a fountain and pond. We loved the breakfast coupons, unique to this hotel, which gave us the best deal in town. We were grateful for the assistance given to us by the people on the front desk. I liked having the convenience of having two restaurants on the property.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast for an extra 5.00 was well worth it. We went to the bar and grill for supper and the food and service were excellent. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showering.

We had no air conditioning in our room, it was 25 degrees all night and there were a lot of bright lights outside our room which the curtains didn’t block out. We didn’t get much sleep.
