Always love staying here. A lovely comfortable old property- with heaps of character, and really pleasant helpful staff. I had to ask for a different room because we knew it would be difficult to cope with an upstairs room, and it was easily accomplished with a smile.

noisy neighbour otherwise hotel is nice and quiet. comfy and spacious room. close enough to town. Though parking around the area has restrictions and thus most people have to pay hotel for parking.

It is an old building, where the wall are very thin and non noise insulated... All the noise from the other rooms and hall were as it was inside... I could even listen the gentleman snoring in the room beside nime... Luckily I do not care...

There was no hot water for my shower before I went out for dinner. The carpet in the room was wet. The Television in the room did not work, it worked in the morning when we left the premises. The person on the front desk answer was all the televisions were not working. I will get maintenance to sort out the hot water. We certainly will not go back there.

I thought the room was nice and comfortable and the restaurant where I had breakfast at the hotel was great. The food was fresh and tasty. The area where the hotel is situated is a short walk from Lonsdale St, which is vibrant and has lots of places to eat. I thought the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided good service. I can't think of many negatives. Maybe the internet was a bit slow? It still worked though.
