I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT STAY HERE!! There is mold in the rooms and they cover it up with paint. There is mites aswell ! I had stayed one night and got so sick from the mold they turn the ac on so high so you don’t realize but thank god I realized on time. They were not helpful and very rude about helping me get my full refund! If you want to get mold in your system and sick then stay here if not please save yourself and never book this place

The property is good. Beach front but at least the room I got was noisy. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. At the beginning it was too cold and couldn't make it warmer. I had to open the window. Next day it was off and I couldn't turn it on. Besides that everything was all right.

The access to the beach from the property is great. The room was very old and not clean. The rent paid was not worth for the room condition. No complimentary breakfast in the service.

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing. We found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and somewhat abrupt in their communication. The room itself appeared dated and showed signs of wear and tear. Within the first hour, we encountered issues with the toilet and found that the dryer was not functioning. Additionally, room service was unavailable before 8:00 AM, which limited our options for early morning assistance.

We really liked everything, the smaller size property makes it feel more homey. The rooms are comfortable. The gardens are lovely and the beach is nice and peaceful. The staff are exceptional and kind, especially Oscar the manager, Juan at reservation desk, Victor at front desk and Eric ( security at beach ). We would not hesitate to come back again! Thank you 😀

Enjoyed my stay there the suite was much larger than I expected and was absolutely thrilled with view and double balcony. The restaurant on the property(beach) I would recommend and meals very good. I had the tunaaji tostada it was fresh and appetizing. The pool and the beach were perfect.I will be definitely returning to stay

This was the perfect choice for us. It has a fabulous beach, is within walking distance to a grocery store and the xcaret tour pickup location. It had everything in the room that we needed: hair dryer, a safe, a small fridge and bottled water. There were a few reviews about the walls being paper thin or hearing noise through doors, but we had no problem at all...just turned on the white noise app on our phones and it drowned out any outside noise that there might have been. Someone else said that the had bites on their legs and wondered if there were bed bugs. We checked the beds when we got there and there was no infestation at all...everything was good. Yes, the hotel is a little dated but for me, paying the extra cost for a new hotel just wasn't worth it. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great beach nice restaurant on property good breakfast. Don't recommend the rooms on street side as a bit noisy room 1301 has lots of road noise staff super friendly and helpful

Stayed for one night before catching a flight out of Cancun. It met our needs well and gave us a nice beach to relax on for an afternoon. The property is older and the floor in our unit was filthy, but overall it was a fairly comfortable stay.
