I was very disappointed with the hotel facilities, old and rundown, furniture in room was old. The hotel was not a 4-star The room was filthy, and the showers were not clean. One bottle of soap and shampoo for two people. The TV in the room was not working for some days. The telephone was not working. I had to chase housekeepers and the reception team for towels. There was always a long line at reception. Seeing there was one receptionist for a big hotel. We booked tours with the hotel booking company and were told the tour company would pick us up from the hotel and drop us back at the hotel, which was a lair.

Although many on here seem to think this is a 2/10 resort, I am unsure as to why. You do not go to these resorts worrying about if a few paint chips are missing. The rooms are clean, the staff is great, it’s clean, the food is good, and it has a beautiful beach. Do not expect a palace but you won’t be disappointed. Far superior to Cuba and a step above DR.

This property should be shut down effective yesterday! Dirty, unsafe, sewer smell in rooms, mold on mattress, stains on pillow cases and bed sheets. Walked onto property & spent 10 hours on phone with booking company to get me and my wife out of there. Couldn’t run fast enough from this place. If you want a real resort book Wyndham grand Cancun right down the road from this trap house they call a resort…Expedia this place is hurting your name

There is nothing to like about this property and no one should ever stay here. Expedia should take it off of their website and not allow people to book it through them. Expedia should have changed a relocation service for us to get another location rather than stay in this disgusting location.

All of the staff are super friendly and will do anything you request with a smile, the facility is actually pretty amazing with 4 different restaurants to chose from that are in the all inclusive. From seafood to steaks, vegan options, chinese house and a fancy strak house it really does have it all.. The only problem i found in the hotel is it is a little dated and could do with an upgrade, the deluxe room i got smelt like mold and when i asked other guests that were staying they all said the same. But if you can put up with a tiny smell then you will love this hotel

Terrible el servicio de este hotel la señora CAROLINA de la puerta nos sacó del restaurante sin ni siquiera haber terminado de cenar, a las 8 de la mañana pasan las camareras casi que tumbando la puerta de lo dura que tocan, hasta pensé que había pasado algo en el hotel y tocaba salir corriendo, la playa no es privada y pasan vendedores y otras personas que no están en el hotel utilizando los camastros el bar de la playa cierra a las 5 pm y tienes q ir hasta la piscina si quieres consumir más. En los Restaurantes son pocos lo meseros que preguntan si todo está bien o si necesitas algo. Se molestan si les pides algo de tomar, tienes que ir tú a servirte lo, la peor experiencia en Cancún que he tenido fuimos a pasar el año nuevo y ponen rock de show en vivo, quien quiere rock, pésimos los shows

Hotel rooms smells so bad, seems like they never changed single thing since the hotel was built. Bedsheets, towels, plates cups everything is old and I won’t use all this old in my own house. Bed sheets and towels smells so bad, asked the staff to change bed sheets when they changed it was still smelling. Mattress have turned yellow. Booked the hotel for 4 nights but checked out after 1st night. It is really dirty to call a hotel. Its more like cheap Motel but they charged a lot. I stayed at Flamingo last year, which is cheaper and much better than this place.

Phone in the room didn’t work the entire time. Arrived to the room uncleaned and not stocked (no towels, soap, etc.) The tap water was brown. Many restaurants were closed which limited the food options to the same few choices each day. Drinks were watered down or cheap. The resort is old and looks old inside and out. Sometimes there were no working elevators. This resort is barely “all inclusive” as anything beyond the food and drink came at a cost like using the spa, massage, certain drinks and certain dining options. Misleading advertising, surprise costs, and terrible front desk service. 0/10. Do not stay here.
