Kempinski Hotel Cancún offers 363 accommodations with iPod docking stations and minibars. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with cable channels and pay-per-view films. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath and a rainfall showerhead. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

The staff and property location are the strengths. Overall it has gone downhill since 2022 when Kempinski took over and even more so since last year. Club lounge food - whilst of good quality - is repetitive and lacking in imagination. It needs a good overhaul. Cabanas aren’t all in use and cordoned off. It’s a shame when it cd be so much better. Staff are great though

Great Hotel! Amazing Service
Amazing experience! We've stayed here before and we love the way it's service oriented and the staff say "yes" to pretty much everything we ask for. Also, because it's not all inclusive, there is less crowds and more personalized attention. Will be back next year!
