After a bit of reservation confusion at the beginning of our stay, the staff was able to accommodate us. Gerenimo was extremely polite, helpful and willing to problem-solve. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was good and tried to help, but they didn’t have our room ready for the first night. Some of the concierge were pushy to sell their services. Food was above expectations. To be honest we had to eat out few times because the restaurant offered the same menu every night. Buffet had more options but the smell of grise was terrible

The hotel was an average hotel not a luxury hotel how they advertise. First night they didn’t have our room ready, so they gave us another room in another building that was in construction. Food in all 3 restaurants and the buffet was above average. The air circulation in the restaurants was terrible. So ours clothes were smelly when we left the restaurant.

Clean the property, The buffet food was horrible, the service of the Japanese restaurant was terribly slow. The drinks menu were very limited, no options for scotch whiskey or high end liquors. There were water seepages at room.

Our group spent a week at the Grand Park Royal. The construction was still being completed although the main pool was open. Staff was fantastic a friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful. Our only concern was the food. Other than the food cooked directly in front of you, the food was lukewarm at best, including at the a la carte restaurants. 6 members of our group ended up with vomiting and other stomach troubles.

Our stay was great, rooms are clean, renewed and staff was cleaning the whole place every second. Food was great, no wait time on dining (maybe because the resort was not fully occupied), but it was for our benefit.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and food. However, there was a lot of construction when we booked. Also we had to wait past 3PM to check in which is not ideal traveling all day with children and check-in is at 3PM. Overall we were happy with the resort and would stay there again.
