I brought a group of 15 people down for our annual meeting. Everything turned out better than expected! We were upgraded to nicer rooms which were beautifully appointed and clean and spacious. We loved being able to sample all of the various restaurants that were on the properties as well. There were some issues with beach towel service (not having any available during the day) but other than that everything was amazing. Would highly recommend this resort and would definitely come back!

Wonderful place to stay with the family. Super friendly and pleasant staff. Yummy food. Beautiful hotel room and a service. The only con-the wave- breakers on the beach; not accessible for swimming…But other resorts’ pools are accessible for everybody. Great pools though. Overall, loved the hotel and the resort itself.

The resort was great! Very family friendly, great for kids and adults. Property grounds were very clean and well-maintained. My only issue was with our room, we paid for an upgraded Studio with Jacuzzi room but the jacuzzi put out only cool water. I asked maintenance to address it on day 3 of our 7 day stay but it was never fixed. That was a big disappointment…who wants to soak in a cool jacuzzi tub? None of us did. Other than that, the room was clean and the daily housekeeping service was good. Would stay there again but wouldn’t pay for upgraded room. Great family resort!

Staff was awesome! Meals were tasty! Maybe a bit complicated for the “à la carte” restaurants, you need to be real quick to make your reservation or else you will eat at 9:30pm, but nothing to make me substrat a star! Suite was spacious, spotless and housekeeping very efficient! Koodos for the 24hr room service! Will definitely return in the future!

Was not family friendly at all like they have stated on their site. I was not able to get rooms close with my kids, not even in the same building, and I was asked to pay $200 dollars more if I wanted to stay in the same building as my kids. There was one lobby bartender that was mad at our kids for getting drinks and he was even mad at me for getting a virgin mix drink. I was told by him the whole mix drink menu could not be made into virgin drinks when other days I could get it in virgin drinks with a different bartender. If we had 6 or more people every time we went to eat at the buffet restaurant we had to wait, and they would let a couple groups of people behind us with 2-3 people go before us even when we said we all didn't have to sit together at a table. We could never reserve a night to have dinner at 5 to 8 pm because we had too many people. They only had reservations for us after 9:00pm so all our dinner reservations were always at 9:00 and 9:30 and we were only able to reserve dinner 3 nights out of our 5 nights there because reservations were all full and booked and it was only our 2nd day there when we reserved for our dinners. I asked to talk to a manger, and he didn't seem to care about my concerns making it seem like he didn't want to address it to his employees about good customer services. I don't recommend families going to this hotel.

I was disappointed by how different the photos and real rooms look. Also the rooms smelt really funky. I coudln't get used to it, and it bothered me in my sleep quite a bit. Also, I got a crap load of acne on one side of my face that I sleep on, so i question how clean the bed sheets were too.

I loved my stay here! Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, there was a bad odor where the little creek is, but there isn’t much they can do about that. Overall, great experience and highly recommend it. Food was the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. Many food options and plenty of events to keep you entertained.
