The room service staff and the repair person who came in were very professional and did a nice job. Couple of issues we encountered during our stay was - the locker was not functional. It was then replaced - water was leaking from the exhaust vent in the ceiling. This was also fixed. The water pressure in the shower was not good. Moreover, the water was not warm enough for shower on many occassions.

There is only a limited amount of parking, the manager was rude when I asked him about parking, the water was cold in the shower, there were no towels in the room, noise from the street is terrible and kept me up all night. The worst travel experience. Would not recommend unless you book a room that’s not on the street side and don’t have a car.

The hotel was poorly managed. The WiFi was non-functional, making remote work impossible, and staff offered no assistance. Towels weren’t provided, and my entry card stopped working when I went to get them. Thankful I was not trapped anywhere. Overall, the stay was inconvenient and not worth it.

The hotel is run down, no maintenance is done, the guest have to piont out the problem before theytry or do anything, i am there for a vacation, not to point out their problems that need to fix
