The Elite package was worth every penny. The morning traffic was fairly noisy. Your also located close to a police station and hospital. You hear sirens daily.

The property is wonderful and the staff are great. Very limited vegetarian options and our room phone did not work. The cable TV kept losing signal. The food at the buffet could be improved. Many items did not taste very good.

We had not been to Cancun for 20 years. This property was an excellent choice! It’s newer. The rooms are beautiful with all amenities, including a mini bar with all kinds of drinks. There are plenty of restaurant choices! We especially loved the steakhouse and Asian options. The options for lunch at the pool were great too. Plenty of daily activities if that’s your thing. We enjoyed the various pools, especially the more quiet one. The beach is beautiful but the surf is strong. Location was walking distance to shopping and there is a convenience store right next door. The location from the airport is fairly close compared to others south of town. We would definitely stay at this Riu property again!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our 4th anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great customer services. We enjoyed all of our meals especially in the Elite Club restaurant (we went twice). The shows were entertaining. Would definitely go back to try out all of the amenities that we didn’t get to take advantage of this time. Highly recommend
