The property is located in a peaceful residential area, yet close to the hotel zone and the beautiful beach. It is on the lagoon with wonderful views. The room was spacious and meticulously clean. The staff are all wonderful, regularly going the extra mile. Jorge, the owner is often on site, ready to share his incredible knowledge of Cancun. The restaurant food is first class and reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this fabulous hotel.

Good deal
Not the sharpest looking hotel but great price. Also very roomy. You are basically renting a condo, except no stove - but a microwave. There is fridge with freezer section, sink, etc.

What a lovely place to chill for a few days The pool was lovely and the grounds gorgeous The staff were so kind . Can walk downtown in 20 minutes I walked to La isla mall took me 45 minutes and a nice walk .

Winter Away 🏖️
We spent two night, coming from Canada. We had a great relaxing and so peaceful. The staff were amazing, the ladies at the front. The owner came out to greet us. I have a disability issue, they upgraded our room to a ground floor suite. The food was delicious, Romero at the restaurant/Bar was such a lovely man. Great service, super friendly and does his job amazingly well. And we were fortunate enough to see Pepito sunning on his dock. 🐊 that was awesome. Excellent property to consider in budget and very very close to main beaches of Hotel Zone. I'd say location is a great factor to consider this property. All good restaurants were just 5 mins drive away and Lagosta beach where we took our ferry to Isla Mujeres was also close to 5-7 mins away. The food was great and the menu has very competitive pricing.
