We encountered several issues at this property in terms of lack of food options around, breakfast was average , there was little mouldy smell in the room and other guests banging doors in the night . Also , the location is not good especially in the night. The only thing that made the stay get 3 out of 5 stars was the staff service. They were quick to respond to our concerns and tried their best to accommodate our requests.

Peaceful place to sleep
Lovely accommodations, very clean, friendly staff. We did not use the pool or hot tub because the exterior of the villas was being scraped and repainted which left paint flakes in the hot tub. The hot tub should’ve been cleaned so we could’ve used it in the evening but it wasn’t. Our breakfast came to us cold when there was nobody else waiting but us in the dining area.

This hotel is good for people who have flights the next day and want to stay near the airport , 30 minutes away from cancun downtown. Overall hotel is really clean and staff is friendly and nice.

About a 10 minute drive to the airport, which makes it very convenient. The property itself is an excellent condition. Beautiful gardens, pools, staff is very friendly. We stayed only one night we just used it as a bouncing place to the airport

Hotel is about 10 mins from the airport, they organized the taxi, room was quite large, big bathroom, patio doors lead out to the back yard.. We will use this hotel next March.

Really nice place to stay at, felt very safe and secure, it was gated all around and had inside parking too. The pool area is a vibe, staff are very nice and helpful. Didn’t get to try the food but there were lots of people enjoying it. Cool place to go to with a group or just your partner. It’s a bit far from activities and main places, but if you’re renting a car then it’s a perfect place to stay at. Close to the airport as well. The only downfall is that at night there’s not much street lighting so it’s not the same like going throughout the day. Also double check where the map is bringing you, we got lost twice at night trying to find the hotel because it gave us a different location a few minutes drive away from the actual hotel. Other than that 10/10 will definitely be coming back!
