This is my second time in weeks I have been to this hotel. The property is quite and lovely. I love that it is close to the Town Centre. Plenty stores and Food shops are close by and easy to chose from.

The housekeeping could use improvement. We noticed hair and dirt on the bed, and the towels also had hair on them. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, and we had to request one from the front desk. There was also no lotion provided, which is essential in such a dry environment. The staff are friendly, and it’s generally quiet at night. We stayed here for a 2-day ski trip and had a pleasant experience overall.

Family room was amazing with access to the balcony and has an amzing view of the mountain. You can hear footsteps from the hallway and next door room but it's not a deal breaker. Online check in is amazing!
