The house is great! Close enough to the lake, river, Gruene and New Braunfels. Also, went to Whitewater Amphitheatre for a concert. It was an awesome getaway with friends!

Beautiful and Spacious Home
The home was beautiful and spacious and accommodated our large group(6 adults and 4 kids) perfectly. The pool table was a big hit for everyone! The inside was clean and organized; our only suggestion would be to have towels in the powder bath. We really enjoyed the view from the front porch and loved the fire pit at night - but of corse so did the bugs! Our only complaint was that we were not prepared for the steep driveway, and overflowing and very smelly trash can by the garage that greeted us on every trip in and out. Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you.

Not quite Paradise
Dealing with check in it was agonizing. Also there were no instructions on the use of anything, including what was expected for check out. The property was even more beautiful than we expected and very clean. I recommend more communication.

Beautiful home
The home is stunning and the views are amazing. Very quiet and has plenty of room. The advertisement does say there are two cameras at front door and garage door area, but there are actually cameras over entire backyard and hot tub. Plus, hot tub sits directly in front of neighbors house with no privacy. However, hot tub works very well. There were no garage door openers for three doors, which made leaving more difficult. Master tub and shower are amazing!

This home was a great home to share with our friends. Adults enjoyed the view and the teens enjoyed the pool table. The house is lovely, has everything you need. We spent our days in New Braunfels and our evenings at the house. It was a great time

When I pulled up to the house my mouth dropped to the floor when I saw the amazing view. The drive way was a little scary, but it was worth it. The house was very clean and had everything available. Plenty of room for a big group. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Beautiful view, nice managers, close activities, canyon lake water is BEAUTIFUL
The managers were very nice and helpful, even stopped by to help us figure out the firepit out front. We pulled up to the house at 7:30pm after grocery shopping and there were deer all over the front yard it was great! The main living room couch is crazy comfy. My love had a great time cooking in the HUGE kitchen. The views are insane beautiful & canyon lake water is just absolutely more beautiful than I even expected! We we’re able to rent a jet ski only 5 miles from the house. Overall great house!

Lovely place, Beautiful views
This place was wonderful. Had a nice hot-tub, pool table, grill, TV-room, and decent kitchen. 8 people easily stayed the night. No real complaints thought the neighbors dogs seemed to like to bark alot.

Awesome House and amenities - will rent again
Loved staying at this great house. It is exactly as described. We hung out and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. It was centrally located for our day trips to Fredericksburg, Gruene, Wimberley and more. The driveway is steep but once you go up and down initially, it is a breeze (including a large oversized SUV). It is worth the view. The comments regarding the master bath are correct. The other bath/tub combo was hot with a rain shower head. Overall, it was the perfect place for us !!! Thanks - we will be back

Peaceful and picturesque
If you really want to get away from everything this is the place to go! We had a great time with friends with kids who came in from out of state. There is a porch swing and chairs and a fire pit in the front yard where you can overlook the lake. It is a very gorgeous view from that high. The house faced North so you are able to sit all day with no direct sun on the porch. We spent most of our days and nights there. The house is new and has plenty of room for two families with five kids. However, there are only two bathrooms and the master bath is shared between two bedrooms with no locks. They had plenty to do like play pool, go in the hot tub, play corn hole, and board games for the kids. You’re also 10 minutes from a boat ramp of Canyon Lake to enjoy the day there like we did. But you will not be able to pull a boat up to the house. It is very steep and windy and you will not be able to turn your boat around once you get up the steep incline. We very much enjoyed our time there and will be back again soon!

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful stay. I did have a minor delay in getting a hold of the first guest contact person, but nothing major. Maryann (second guest contact) was very helpful, nice, & quick to answer. She really made sure we got the help we needed. Beautiful clean home, hot tub is great, and the view is gorgeous. We hope the owners continue to share their home.
