November – March – 10am till 5pm; with the temperature set to 85 degrees. Exception: Thursday is the scheduled day for pool cleaning, usually in the afternoon hours between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. If chemicals need adjusted, you may need to give them an hour or two to circulate before swimming. Please be advised that weather and temperature patterns may have an impact on the above and management will do its best to ensure that things are maintained and monitored as close as possible to the schedule above (temperatures less than 65 degrees could hinder the heating of the pool to the specified temps - the spa may take longer to heat up as well). If we are experiencing colder than normal temperatures for our region and you have a specified pool day in mind let us know and we will try to accommodate the "pool day" to achieve the best temperatures possible - please inquire about any special requests prior to booking.

The ring doorbell is located at the front entrance facing the front walkway and does monitor the front door activity. (4) Ring on demand/motion sensing cameras are located on the pool equipment, boat lift, driveway, and trash container areas – this helps to monitor and maintain said items on an as needed basis. "The ADT cameras cannot be shut down or turned off.
