Äskettäin uusitussa kodissamme on neljä makuuhuonetta, kolme täyttä kylpyä. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-vuode, josta on näkymät uima-altaalle ja kanavalle, isossa kylpyhuoneessa ja isäntäkaappi, jossa on sisäänrakennettu setrivarasto. Queen-makuuhuonetta on kaksi: Coral-makuuhuoneella on oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi ja graniitti-pesuallas. Aqua-makuuhuoneesta on näköala uima-altaalle ja liukuovilla on suora pääsy uima-altaalle. Tässä huoneessa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja kerrossänky. Kerrossänky on lasten paratiisi: parivuode, jossa kaksi erillistä päälle ja kaksi vyöryä jopa 6 hengen nukkumiseen. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma taulutelevisio. Kaikissa huoneissa on Xfinity-internetyhteys ja kaapeliyhteys, lukuun ottamatta lasten makuuhuonetta, joissa on vain televisio. Tilava keittiö on kokien unelma päivitetyillä laitteilla, graniitti- ja baarialue, josta on näkymät yksityiselle seulotulle uima-altaalle, kanavalle ja ruokailutilalle ulkona. Keittiön vieressä olevassa baarialueessa on lisäbaareja ja erillinen tila juomien säilyttämistä ja sekoittamista varten, se on täydellinen paikka viihdyttämiseen.

Viihtyisässä olohuoneessa on mukavat sohvat, hienoja kirjoja ja HD-taulu-älytelevisio perheen ja rentoutumisen ajaksi.

Sisustus on rento, siistinä ja täynnä valtameren inspiroimia taideteoksia. Laiturilla istuessasi voit nauttia henkeäsalpaavista auringonlaskuista ja auringonlaskuista avoimella vedellä alle puoli mailia veneellä. Lasikattoinen pöytä, jossa 6 mukavaa tuolia, on täydellinen ulkona syömiseen uima-altaan äärellä. Pääsy kahden auton autotalliin sisältyy hintaan, samoin kuin täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Ranta on uusittu vasta, ja siihen kuuluu venehissi, uusi terassi ja iso oleskelualue sekä juhlallinen Tiki Hut ja runsaasti tilaa useille veneille.

Tämä koti on erinomaisella paikalla ja kätevä Fort Myersin lentokentälle, Sanibel Islandille, Captivan saarelle, Fort Myers Beachille, Pine Islandille ja Fort Myersin keskustaan. 1 for 2 attempts , but maybe more!
Tried to stay here 2 years ago, but hurricane Ian shut us down. John was very easy to deal with for cancelation. I told him we'd try and eventually get a week in. Glad we were able to. One big plus of this property is the 4 bedroom 3 bath combo. Really makes it easy to accommodate large families or groups.

Perfect getaway
This house was clean and fully stocked with everything you need, the pool was great for relaxing at the house and the dock was also an added bonus since we had a boat delivered to the house for the week. The location made getting to all local restaurants, stores and attractions easy. Great host as well, John provided his cell number to make communication easier in case of any issues. Will definitely book this house again if we vacation in Cape Coral.

Perfect for our family

Great stay
Stay was great sliding glass doors could use some work as well as screen door to the pool and bathroom door from the pool but everything else was amazing more cooking utensils than any other home we've ever stayed in. There was fishing equipment in the garage for fishing in the canal. Overall great stay we had a great time

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This is a very nice spacious home and in a nice neighborhood. We were close to Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers beach, great restaurants, and 1 1/2 hours from the Everglades. We have 3 boys, 20, 18, and 17 years old. With the 4 bedrooms we all had our own room and plenty of space. Even though it rained almost the entire week that we were there, we still found time to swim in the pool and fish from the dock area. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again if in the area. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Wonderful home & host
This was our second two week stay at this home. My wife and I are retired. Our two adult sons, daughter and grandson joined us. This home is in the perfect location for a short trip to Sanibel, Captiva, Ft.Myers beaches. Even close for a short drive to the Everglades and Pine Island. The home was clean as usual. We enjoy the fishing from the dock. Always a surprise and what you’ll catch. Perfect location and dock to bring down your boat. The host John is always a joy to communicate with. We have already made our two week reservations for next year. Everyone wanted to stay another week.

Great Vacation and Fishing!
Comfortably slept 7 adults and 2 kids. Nice, quiet neighborhood that you could easily walk or ride bike to the Yacht Club. Swimming pool was great for the kids. Enjoyed renting a boat which was easy access out of the canal. Hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. Well stocked kitchen for basic needs. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

A Fun Week
There were four generations of our family staying at the property, spanning ages 1-85. Our grandkids loved the pool—our four year old granddaughter learned to swim and do underwater somersaults during our week-long stay. The house was very nice and John was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Cape Coral - best rental in the Cape!
This location for boating is the best we have EVER had while renting and the house was the best. Pool was heated and we kept the solar blanket on it to keep it nice and warm to come home to every day! WE will be back it was extremely enjoyable location!

Excellent place to stay!!
John and Laura are amazing!! They were so friendly and patient with all my questions that I had before we got there and for the few I had once we were there!! Their location is perfect. There were 6 adults that rented and we all had our own space and bathroom. We rented a pontoon for 3 days and had so much fun checking out different places on the water. We also traveled to Pine Island one day — had lunch at the Blue Dog bar and grill — very good food!! The next day we went to Sanibel Island—walked along the beach and found some great sea shells and had lunch at Doc Fords— again the food was amazing !! The evenings we loved just sitting around the heated pool area or tiki hut area and relaxing or fishing !! The week went by so fast and we loved every minute of it. John and Laura have the house stocked with anything you would need. A few other places I would recommend is The Twisted Lobster — Duffys — Hooters — and of course The Boat House which you only need to walk a couple of blocks to.

Every year, our family eagerly awaits the Christmas break, and this time, we couldn't resist returning to the beautiful VRBO in Cape Coral, Florida. It was our third year staying at this incredible house, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kids were thrilled with the canal just steps away from the house. They spent their days fishing even in the rain. When we weren't fishing, we enjoyed lounging by the pool, soaking up the warm Florida sun. It was the perfect spot to unwind and simply enjoy each other's company. One of our favorite outings was visiting the nearby yacht club and indulging in delicious treats at the Tiki bar. The laid-back atmosphere, tasty food, and live music perfectly captured the essence of our vacation. And of course, we couldn't miss the stunning beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers. We wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience. Whether you love fishing, lounging by the pool, or relaxing on the beach, Cape Coral has something for everyone.

The heated pool was great for the family. There are lots of pool toys in the garage. Make sure to bring pool and beach towels as they are not Supplies. We brought our boat and docked it at the house easily because there were bumpers. We also brought our bikes even though there are some at the house and we bikes the .5 to the yacht club beach. Really great stay with the family.

Beautiful Home and Views!!
We had a wonderful stay in this home. The home has a family-friendly layout, and the kids had a great time swimming in the pool. The home has pool toys, bikes, fishing poles, etc. My 5-year fished for the first time and is now telling everyone that he caught two catfish and two red snappers. We spent a lot of time out back on the lanai. Beautiful views outback! Friendly neighbors and the home sits in a quite community.

The property was great very clean. The only negative is the agreement is for an 11am checkout online upon arriving the instruction manuel states checkout is at 10am, the cleaners were there at 10am we were not ready to depart until 11am as per agreement. I would not rent any place with a 10am checkout

The tiki hut on the deck gives shade all day. We caught a bunch of fish including shark and a 42" gar. Had a great time.
