Tutustu uusimpaan Etelä-Maine-loma-asuntoon. Sijaitsee pohjoisessa Bald Head Cliff Roadilla, vain Cliff House Resortin telakat. Lomakeskuksen ravintoloissa ja kylpylässä on kirjaimellisesti alle 5 minuutin kävelymatka. Avoin tila pohjaratkaisu mahdollistaa täyden sosiaalisen toiminnan yläkerrassa, jossa on olohuone, ruokailutila, keittiö, teehuone, TV-alue, kaasutakka ja jauhehuone. Sitten täyspitkä ulkopuolella kannella pöytä ja tuolit kaikki näkymät rohkea 20 meripeninkulman merinäköala. Koko 3000 neliömetrin asuintilaa ja merinäköala. Talo täysin ilmastoitu toisessa kerroksessa, jossa on 5 käytännöllisesti katsoen hiljaista mini split -järjestelmää. Myös lukuisia kattotuulettimia. Myös ylemmässä kerroksessa, makuuhuone ja kahden hengen huone, jossa on täysi kylpyamme. Alakerrassa on suuri sisäänkäynti, 3 makuuhuonetta, yksi täysi kylpyamme, pesutupa ja kaksinkertainen autotalli. Vuodepaikkoja 10, 5 erillistä makuuhuonetta. Cliffin talon läheisyydessä talo sijaitsee vain 2 kilometrin päässä Perkins Cove -aukiolta ja 3 km: n päässä Ogunquitista. Noin 5 kilometriä York Beachiin ja Yorkin satamaan.

Weekend retreat
The environment was so pleasant that we decided not need to go anywhere. We did travel to the Marginal way and Perkins cove for a wonderful relaxing tour of the small shops and appreciation for the rich history of what was once a small thriving fishing village in conjunction with the breathtaking views experienced along the mile walk along the Marginal way. Sunday morning we ventured to the Cliff Walk Resort for breakfast and a taste of the good life. During the evening after dinner we sat by around the fire pit sharing tales, and joking with one another. I would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely perfect stay. Rick’s house is nicely updated with a stunning view. The whole house is windows and the deck is so relaxing. The neighborhood is so safe and so quiet, perfect for taking a stroll around the area. The Cliff House resort is right up the hill, with easy access to restaurants and coffee.

8 teachers visited the day after d hook got out for the summer! The house was immaculate, gorgeous and relaxing! We all enjoyed the view, the spacious layout and the dinning area! Rick was a fantastic host, making sure we were all set and if we needed anything. He is very knowledgeable about the local area as well which is helpful!

We stayed here for a wedding at the cliff house. The proximity to the cliff house was perfect for myself and my extended family to easily get to all the pre-wedding festivities and the wedding itself. Great Long Weekend
We spent three nights at this house. It was amazing! location and view was great. House was extremely clean and spacious. We had 4 couples and the layout allowed everyone to be together and also have some space. Would definitely rent again. Rick was a great host. Very reachable via email and text and was helpful as we planned our trip and available when we had questions during our stay.

Wedding Week Celebration!
As a family we came together for a wedding on the beach, we found this beautiful property. Proximity to the resort & reception-walking! What a beautiful home and the hosts were extremely accomodating. The owners were always available to answer questions and make suggestions. The house had all the extras we needed, kids 1-17, all had space and enjoyed the independence of the area. Views from the deck-perfect, living areas- immaculate, bedrooms were nicely situated. Parking was perfect. We couldn’t have been happier with the selection. I would recommend this home every time!

Our stay was perfect on EVERY level from the moment we stepped in the door. The home is warm and inviting with plenty of room inside and out to spread out or cozy up by the fire. The kitchen has everything needed with room for many cooks to work together. The property is magnificent and the views are breathtaking. Rick was the PERFECT host. We are already planning our return visit.

Perfect setting
Five old friends looking fir a place to spend a weekend catching up and playing Dungeon & Dragons. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms were plenty for five men. The open dining and living space with a glass wall over the cliff to the ocean and the fireplace at one end was lovely for spending time atvthe table playing games.

We had an amazing stay in Cape Neddick, and a wonderful Thanksgiving with our Maine family. The house was just perfect! Very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
