One of the best hotel experiences!

My stay at this establishment was amazing! The apartments are lovely, clean, and well equipped. Although the room was really great, the people who work there are what make this place so special. They are friendly, helpful, and generous. I wish I had stayed longer than 4 nights!

If you want to experience how a hotel from a large chain should be run properly this is the place to go. Not 5 star but much better than many 4 & 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Rooms (apartments) are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a great standard. Location is excellent – easy walk or Uber to Waterfront and other areas. The staff were helpful and friendly to the last man/woman. The couple of times we needed to call someone (e.g. trying to figure out how to operate a very complex Bosch washing machine) we got immediate and effective attention.

The property does not have an airport shuttle and should not advertise as having one, it is a 3rd party company. I reserved an airport pick up, it did not show up and i had to find my own way to the hotel. When checking out i reserved an airport drop off and the front desk was not able to secure a ride for me to the airport. The 3rd party shuttle asked what race i was and declined to take me to the airport. I had to find my own transportation

Loved the location and the staff. The room was huge. Seems a waste to have both sofas and none be a pullout. Could use a small shop at night for sodas and snacks. Great place to stay for central business district or the V&A Waterfront.
