Our vacation home is located near Capoterra, in the locality "Su Spantu" and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation for up to 11 people, families or friends. In our garden of about 500 square meters there is a swimming pool and a barbecue, ideal for a relaxing evening barbecue. It is possible to park for free directly in front of the house. On the ground floor of our very spacious house, there is a dining room with kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and the entrance hall with large living area with fireplace, sofa and TV with PS4 console. Upstairs, it has 3 double bedrooms each with private bathrooms, 2 of which have 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed respectively. All our bedrooms are equipped with a safe and Disney+ TV! Other features include: WLAN, air conditioning, washing machines, 2 bicycles, a hammock, 3 sea umbrellas, and board games. We do not accept youth groups and do not allow parties in our house.
