Within this lovely property, the spacious lounge retains the overall traditional feel with its exposed wooden beams. . Adjacent to the lounge area is the kitchen/diner that comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Most rooms have breath-taking views overlooking the owners extensive green garden.

Guests have access to the whole property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Cardiff is a 30 minute drive away. Cowbridge is a short drive where there are some handy shops and local pubs. Culver House Cross is a short drive where there is supermarkets and places to eat
Nearest train station is Bridgend which is 7 miles away and Cardiff central which is a 30 minute drive
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
