Newly Renovated Ocean Front Condo with Wrap Around Deck and Private Beach Access

This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo sleeps 6. Enjoy the 180 degree wrap around deck with panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean! The amazing wraparound oceanfront deck is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee at sunrise or cocktails in the evening while watching the kids swim in the pool. Direct private beach access is just outside. Open floorplan features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. We just installed in 2023 a soft water system, as well as a drinking water Kinetico reverse osmosis filtration system under the kitchen sink. The drinking water can be accessed through the small faucet located on the upper right corner. The system is tied to the icemaker in the freezer as well. The water tastes great and you can rest assured that it is free from contaminants. The main living area features a living room with 2 vinyl sliders, providing incredible ocean views and dual access to the large covered wraparound deck; an oceanfront dining area; a brand new 43 inch Smart TV with cable and adjustable swivel wall mount, brand new top of the line sofa sleeper and 2 beautiful, comfy accent chairs. Renovation in 2022 includes brand new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops with barstool seating, updated backsplash, brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances, including full size stackable washer/dryer and beach friendly luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout condo. Both full bathrooms have been completely renovated with designer tile, new vanities with quartz tops, and brand new fixtures and accessories. Master bathroom features walk-in shower with glass door and guest bathroom features brand new tub with sliding glass doors. Master en suite bedroom features queen bed and brand new 48 inch Smart TV with cable and second bedroom has two twin Tempurpedic XLs and 31 inch Smart TV with Spectrum App. Outdoor pool and direct private beach access just right outside the door. Deck features two Adirondack chairs, two bar height chairs with table and dining table with four chairs, brand new for the 2022 season. The complex is on a nice wide strand of the beach (re-nourished in April 2022), there are three restaurants right across the street, and is within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Lake, Saturday Farmer's Market, downtown restaurants & shops, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and the Ocean Grill & famous Tiki Bar! This lovely high end property is the perfect beach getaway.

Such a great place!

I really want to gate keep on this gem of a condo so it's available when I book again! The location is great, the condo was bright and airy and well stocked and Holden was always accessible and very responsive. I loved sitting on the deck! It was the perfect location for a family trip. If you're on the fence, I can assure you, this condo is worth booking.

We loved the newly remodeled look and felt very comfortable staying here. The owner, Holden, was very nice and made sure to let us know he was available if we needed him. Great Location!

The Condo was in the perfect location close enough to walk to the boardwalk but far enough away to not have to worry about a crowded beach. My husband loved enjoying the view of the beach while drinking his morning coffee on the wrap around porch. There were lots of great places to eat close by and the Host had very helpful suggestions. Thanks to Holden our family now has a new favorite burger spot!

EXCEPTIONAL & LOVELY CONDO WITH OCEAN VIEW

We stayed at this lovely condo for five days and four nights. Everything went fine. From reservation, ease of check-in, superb cleanliness and spaciousness of the premises, to check-out. The wrap-around corner balcony is a plus! Beautiful location with many attractions, specially, eateries. Property hosts Holden and Toni Hansen were always on top of things and would answer our communications within minutes, and one can tell that they truly care for the property and its guests. Kudos!

Perfect beach location

This unit is the perfect beach location! We have stayed in Sand Pebbles once before and really liked the location so we were excited to return for New Year’s weekend. Loved waking up every morning to amazing views! Size of condo was perfect for our family of three. We had everything we needed for a long weekend and we loved their toaster so much, we bought one for our house. Would 100% stay here again.

Great spot for a beach getaway

Great to look out at the beach while you have your breakfast. The condo is compact but functional. Easy walk to several restaurants and be sure to check out The Veggie Wagon.

Great View / Great Host

Beautifully appointed condo in a prime location of the Sand Pebble complex. Host was proactive and attentive. Restaurants within walking distance; though if you decide to walk to the boardwalk you will either need to walk in the street or walk down the beach. Will stay again. Will recommend.

The View!

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Having flown in, being provided beach towels and beach chairs was very nice. The owners could not have been more responsive and respectful. The very few questions we had were answered in minutes. Walking a few steps to beach, a block or so to several restaurants of all types made it even better. We will be back and recommend staying here. Jim & Dana

Great property, responsive and friendly hosts.

Stunning views from the ocean facing front porch and the pool facing side porch. Ocean is less than a minutes walk from the gate directly adjacent to the unit. Local attractions and dining within walking distance or short drives. Very comfortable unit with hosts that are responsive to questions or needs. We hope to return.

Beautiful Condo

We had a relaxing week stay at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect, and we could walk to many of the restaurants and shops nearby. Holden provided very thorough information about the condo and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo renovation was beautiful. The kitchen was a nice size with all new appliances, bathrooms were remodeled and new flooring throughout. The views from the wrap around deck were stunning, and very nice outdoor furniture. Just a few steps out to the amazing beach. It was easy to get to and from the beach with all our things. We highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

The renovations were very nice and I found a few things I want in my own home. My favorites were the kitchen and the master shower despite the fact that the master bathroom itself was a little on the small side but not unpleasant. The pull out sofa was the best we’ve ever encountered. Usually my children fight over who has to sleep on the sofa bed and this sofa had them fighting over who would get it. The host/owner was very accessible; he reached out before we arrived and provided information for the unit (keys, access, complex, etc.) as well as information for the area including restaurants, grocery stores, post office, beach supplies,etc. He also left us a gift card for donuts from Britt’s which was so kind. The unit came with complimentary supplies that were appreciated… paper towels, garbage bags, toilet tissue, dish soap, detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine, coffee pods, beach towels and chairs, and more. We also communicated the day of our arrival. Had a small issue with the prior tenant who left items in the fridge and freezer (some people 🙄) which the cleaning crew should have caught. Host offered to have housekeeper come immediately to take care of it. The only thing I really didn’t like was the neighbors can see into the condo if the blinds are open and can also see the deck. I was expecting a little more isolation; I would’ve been happier with a “nothing to do” area except for the Celtic Creamery which was the best! All in all it was great condo

Condo on Carolina Beach

This is a terrific property that's been recently renovated with great attention to style and comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the view out to the ocean is just perfect. Holden provided thorough information about the property in advance and responded to my texts promptly. We look forward to renting again soon!

Relaxing by the beach

We had a great two week stay at Holden and Toni’s condo by the beach. Their home is right on the beach. It has a deck that wraps around the corner so there was a view of the ocean wherever you looked. The morning sunrise and evening sunsets were a joy mixed in with the never ending sound of the crashing waves. The condo was so comfortable and stylish and all the appliances were top notch. It was loaded with everything you would need for preparing meals. The condo was clean and bright. They have really thought of everything to make your stay relaxing. Carolina Beach has a lot to offer for a two week stay. We rode our bikes to Carolina Beach State Park and also found a Green Trail bike path that took us to Fort Fisher. Go to the aquarium, it’s great. There is also a ferry at Fort Fisher that will take bikes and cars to Southport. Lots to explore. Or you can just lay on the beach, soak up the sun watching the waves, boats, dogs, birds and people go by. We loved our stay. Thank you, Holden and Toni!
