Amazing Condo. Love the convenience and the cleanliness, it was an overall amazing experience. Wonderful for families. It’s on the 3rd floor but it made the view all the better. Had a minor issue with the door lock and the owner was on it immediately and had the issue fixed in no-time. Highly recommend this place.

Nice stay

Great location and easy access to surrounding shops and restaurants. Parking is tight but totally fine, especially since you get two spots. Everything you need in the kitchen to have meals in the condo. Communication with property manager was great and instructions for arrival and departure were easy.

Great Location!

The location of this condo is great. We loved sitting on the front balcony. On Saturday morning, the Carolina Beach farmer’s market was right across the street! It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and to lots of restaurants. Parking is a little tricky. Having to back-up directly into a 4 lane road of traffic was not easy - which is what I imagine you’d have to do if all of the spots were full. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked if you plan on doing a lot of cooking - you will have to bring some items. But- bring so close to so many restaurants - you don’t really have to cook!! It was a great place to stay if you like being close to everything!

Great value, excellent communication.

This place was perfect for our group of four. Very clean, and prime location, esp for the price. Well equipped kitchen. Had a noise issue the first night, texted the prop manager at midnight and they responded immediately, noise stopped within minutes. (For the record, the other party was very kind and apologetic!). I only heard the noise from below because I was sleeping on the pullout - no one else in the bedrooms heard it. Great rental, would stay again, for sure.

Cute condo, great location, family friendly

Very cute condo on second row with 2 minute walk to beach. Nice size, big enough for family of 4-5 to have room, and kitchen was big enough cook meals in and use comfortably. Location is excellent being so close to ocean and also close to restaurants and boardwalk. Lake across the street was an added plus and pretty view. Clean inside and well kept. Balcony off master bedroom is small but plenty of room for 2 people and was nice to have. Deck is large and spacious, with view of ocean. Nice to sit outside there and enjoy coffee. Tip- enjoy the outdoor areas here however leaving food or drink containers on deck will invite large palmetto bugs so don’t leave anything like that outside- if the deck stays clean it’s very nice and doesn’t attract any unwanted visitors. (If a beverage spills, clean it up). Common sense but just a tip because you will see them if you don’t. We had a nice stay and would definitely return. It was very clean overall and the property manager was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had, and it was a good choice for a beach condo.

Great location, light on basics

The property was a great location, a very short walk to the beach. The master bathroom honestly didn’t seem that clean - mainly because the grout appeared almost slimy. We think this is because the bathroom fan didn’t seem to work so the moisture wasn’t being pulled out. They also gave us next to no towels and the towels that they gave us were very small and thin. The rear balcony sliding glass door lock was inoperable and we were given a metal dowel to keep it locked. Probably need to fix that. Other than that the place was really great and we would stay there again. We were just bring our own towels!

Short stay away

Beautiful area, easily accessible. Picture did not match the rental, make sure you read the print for the condo you are renting. Otherwise, it was quaint and we had a blast.

The rental was clean and in walking distance to the ocean. Great park view from the 3rd floor balcony. Jonathan was very attentive. He responded and addressed my issues in a timely manner.

Convenience to everything Carloina Beach has to offer. Nice place , easy access to beach and walking around the lake was great.overall a Great stay. Could work on the master bed, very uncomfortable. Few drinks u didnt mind but still felt the next day

Modest, but comfortable

Simple, no thrills, but good location for a quick get-away. TIGHT parking (bigger vehicles make it tough), but easy walk to the beach, close to Hang10 and downtown Carolina Beach.

Great Place for small family

Overall, the condo was great! A little misleading when it says 3 bedrooms bc it’s actually only 2 and a sofa bed in the living room. Everything was super clean. Easy walk to the beach and we even walked to the boardwalk!
