Uusittu ja uusittu. 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, erittäin tilava, mukava, hauska, valoisa valtameren edessä upeat panoraamanäkymät North Endin kalastuslaiturille ja merelle jokaisesta ikkunasta! Condo on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä North Endin kalastuslaiturilta ja High Tide Loungesta ja sen ulkopuolella on asumaton ranta saaren parhaimmille kävelyretkille. On hauskaa katsella kalastajia tai kalaa itse laiturilta, upeita näkymiä ja laiturilta nähtyjä auringonlaskuja! Freeman Park -rannalla oikealla puolella pitkiä kävelyretkiä surffailla! Se on upea!!

Unbeatable view
I stayed here for a quiet winter getaway with my dog. The view from the condo is stunning - sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. The condo is cozy, quiet and private and looks exactly like the photos. I made some meals in-unit by choice but even in winter, there are good restaurant options within a mile, including the pier nearby. As others have noted, the immediate beach entry is closed due to beach erosion but the open entrance was only .1 mile down the road - an easy walk. Barbara, the property manager, is friendly and very responsive.

AMAZING BIRTHDAY WEEKEND
My husband and my mom came down to Carolina beach for my 51 birthday. This condo was the perfect place. It was clean, cozy, and best of all ocean front. I spent most of my stay on front balcony facing the ocean. I got to see dolphins swimming for the first time ever right from the comfort of the balcony. All I can say is AMAZING!! We will be back and stay again in the same place!! The view is PERFECT!!

Fall break in Carolina Beach
I believe this is the 3rd fall break that we stayed in Carolina Beach in your condo. The weather was great..actually pretty warm. We love the convenience of your condo to shop, visit Kure Beach/pier, Carolina pier and Fort Fisher. I hope we can come back next year!

Great vacation
We got there on Sunday 15th, the night cyclone eight came thru. It rained and flooded on Monday. It was 1,000 year flood. We made the best of it and still had the best trip. It was my first vacation in 10 years. The place we stayed at the Pink Sunskipper was very cozy. Barbara the owner checked in on us everyday to make sure we was ok and if we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Location & Pet Friendly
If being able to bring your pet with you and staying ocean front are the top requirements on your list, then this place will definitely check those boxes. However, upon check-in we were given strict guidelines as to what temperatures we could use for the a/c. 72 is as low as you can set it, and it seemed as though the back rooms were cooler than the front living area (if it freezes up, that extra bill is on you). The ice maker on the door of the freezer had a wash cloth jammed in it, with a note that read it was out of service for the moment. It seems to be an older condo (which is fine), and things overall had been cleaned, and wiped off, but it could use a deep dusting/cleaning. Parking was an issue. Not because of so many cars, but if you drive any type of full size truck or full size SUV then you would not be able to park at the building with this unit. We drive a Nissan van and things were so tight we had a hard time squeezing our van in (had to absolutely center the spot) and then we (average size people) had to squeeze between van and large post to get around to the stairs. One day we did not center the space exactly, and ended up scratching one of our sliding doors. I really don't know that the location can be beat. You are right on the ocean. You will have to walk down a little to have enough beach to set up chairs, but sitting on the balcony is heaven! There are plenty of places to eat and things to do within 5-10 minutes from here.

Great Escape
The location and view from the unit is unmatched. Enjoying the beach is made easy by the Landlord. The unit has everything you could need. Steps away from a beautiful beach in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I would highly recommend.

Perfect, Relaxing Vacation
My 88yo Father suggested a trip to the beach(didn’t matter where)as he had not been on a vacation since my Mother passed away in 2016….His only request was he wanted it to be ocean front with a beautiful view. My daughter lives in Raleigh, NC, so I thought Carolina Beach would be perfect, although I’d never been. After searching on VRBO for a week or so, I found the perfect spot, and it did not disappoint! Not to mention it is dog friendly!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property, the overall location, and the amazing host!! Literally, the perfect vacation! Thank you so much!!!

Perfect!
This place is perfect for a quiet stay in Carolina Beach! Its far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to venture out for a great meal. The view is A+, and you cant get much closer if you want an ocean front view! Beautiful and perfect view for sunrise, or just enjoying the tides come in and out. This condo had everything I needed for a 6 night stay...super comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, and convenient parking. The Sunskipper building is the perfect location for the traveler who wants to just chill out and enjoy the sun, sand and waves! Barbara the owner is an extremely accommodating host who responds within minutes with any questions or concerns. This was was 2nd time staying in this condo (3rd time in this building), and has become my 2nd home for vacation! If you're looking for a no frills, but extremely accommodating place to stay, look no further!

Our small family stayed for 6 nights during Spring break with kids and small dogs. Everything was as described. The Condo was spacious, neat, orderly and clean. With great views and easy access to the beach. Was a quiet area yet very convenient and close to the fun. Would absolutely stay again or recommend. 5 Stars!

Great Location- Best View!
Loved the view!! Couldn’t get any closer to the beach than this place. I wish our trip was during the summer think we would have enjoyed it a lot more it was close to everything but in a nice peaceful spot. The beds were comfortable the living area was big, great place to hang out with friends, relax, play games and enjoy the view. Plenty of places to sit bar, stools near kitchen area side table with chairs and space in the living room and more chairs out on the deck

Beautiful View Beach Front
The property was nice enough. Master bedroom bed was not comfortable. I did not realize until after booking that I would be providing my own linens, and be expected to clean before we left. We didn.t even cook breakfast the last day because there wasn't time to run the dishwasher and unload as expected before we left. Also there was a to do checklist that needed to be printed and filled out for cleaning before we left. We don't normally travel with a printer. Also the introduction letter felt like a threat list for add on fees, but the rental was not that clean when we arrived. I gave it four stars because the proximity to the ocean. We enjoyed being able to spend time with old friends. Even though you are expected to clean you will still pay a cleaning fee. We would not rent again.

Fall Break
We were able to stay in this beach front condo last year. It’s in a great location. The beach and ocean are right there! Such a much needed break from hectic school and work life. The property is in a quiet area. My daughter and I watched the sun rise each morning. The sunrises are stunning. Thank you again, Barbara, for the use of your condo. We hope to visit next year too

First floor condo felt like you were right on the beach! And those tall chairs got my view over the railing that I usually have to stare at. Condo had a lot of cuseys that made you feel at home.

2023 Beach Vacation
The view was amazing beautiful, the beach , ocean was great! The condo is older , nice Kitchen updates. Plenty of room for my family. The outside of the bldg need a shower or water hose to get sand off . We could only find one pool but the shower didnt work and its a long way from the condo to get sand off. The pool was nice kids enjoyedit!

Mixed feelings
The condo itself was nice, good location. When we arrived around 4:00 pm, we were confused by two thermostats on the wall, so I called the owner to clarify. She quickly said, “what do you need? I am on a very important phone call”… ok, that could have been done in a more polite way… So even when we had questions the rest of the time, we did not contact the owner. The back bedroom stayed plenty cool with air running, but the den/kitchen area stayed pretty warm, no matter how we tried to close curtains to keep the heat out and kept bedroom doors open to cool the rest of the unit. The pools were ok. Just very few chairs available, so you either had to bring your own, or sit on the pavement. The fob for the pool access worked sometimes… sometimes it didn’t. The two pools are actually located across the street behind two condo units. Not a long walk, but I was picturing them being more convenient to our location. Other than these minor issues, we had fun and it suited our needs.
