Saadaksesi todella mahtava rantakokemus, tule oleskella merenrantakontollamme Carolina Beachillä. Menet sisään ja sanot "Vau", kun näet mitä olemme tehneet. Ja kun huomaat kaikki ikkunat ja liukusäätimet, joista meillä on näkymät merelle, ymmärrät miksi mielestämme tämä on paras huoneisto koko saarella. Näkemykset ovat uskomattomia!

Tämä on kolmas kerros (ylimmässä kerroksessa) huoneisto, josta on laajat näkymät koko rannalle. Meillä on kolme makuuhuonetta, 2 täyttä kylpyammetta, iso valtameren puoleinen kansi, parveke makuuhuoneen sisääntuloa kohti ja toinen parveke toisen makuuhuoneen vieressä merelle päin. Olohuoneessa on valtava seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio ja päälliköllä on myös suuri taulu-seinä-TV. olohuoneessa. Meillä on WiFi, DVD-soitin, DVD, pelejä ja kirjoja, joista voit nauttia. Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa kerrossängyt - kaksi erillistä yläpuolella ja täysikokoinen sänky alla. Se on myös uusi vedä queen-size-vuodesohva olohuoneessa.

Olemme pieni saari, mutta siellä on paljon hauskoja asioita: NC-akvaario, Fort Fisherin sisällissodan museo, kuuluisa puisto, kaksi kalastuslaituria, Britts Donits (laitos vuodesta 1939), Squigly's Ice Cram Shop ja Freeman Park - josta voit ajaa ulos ja leiriytyä aivan rannalla. Fun weekend!
Beautiful views from the living room! The property was very clean and as advertised. It’s a great location. Super short, walk to a local minimart. Walkable to the boardwalk. The parking is not ideal. We did get blocked in at one point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Phenomenal place & views
Mimi's place is perfect! It's so spacious and in impeccable condition. Loved the main living area, especially all the windows. Views are spectacular. As others have written, it is a third floor walk up unit, but I was happy to have the exercise. A1 Property Management were top notch with their communications. I'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property - the beach is right at your back door! We stayed over the Easter weekend and it was also our daughter’s 21st birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook two big meals for the holiday/birthday celebration. There was ample room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of one another. Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms were updated, clean, and spacious. Definitely would stay again!

Great Stay at Mimi's Place
Our family had a great stay at Mimi's Place. We all enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and spending time on the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and made us feel we were in a home away from home. The condo was a perfect setup for our family (two parents and three kids ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old). Highly recommend staying at Mimi's Place!

Amazing view and very clean!
The property had reviews about updates needed and they have all been done and some others. The balcony view at sunrise is stunning. Plenty of room for our family and grandkids. Well stocked kitchen. Cooked meals there and enjoyed the beach with a short walk down the property newly rebuilt deck. The rooms were well sound proofed as we had small kids and some early to bed. Parking is challenging so don’t take a large vehicle. There are about 8 units with an interior staircase that is a hike to the 3rd floor. Overall, we loved our stay, determined we need to exercise more and loved being oceanfront.

Beautiful view
My husband, my sister and her husband and my 2 children stayed the week. We had an absolutely amazing stay and if we were at the house you would only find us on the deck staring at the ocean. We got up every morning to watch the sunrise right from there. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. The place was very clean and VERY bright. No need to turn the lights on during the day. The natural light takes care of that.

Mimi's place did not disappoint!
Can't beat the view and the condo is well appointed and spacious!! We really lucked out that the MAJOR beach construction moved out from the front of our condo just down the beach the day we arrived. According to people who had been there for 2 weeks, we were very lucky as they worked all day and throughout the night. Communication regarding the construction on the beach as well as the house being built next door would have been appropriate as other renters had been notified and compensated for the inconvenience. That being said- great location and great condo.

Basic rental
This rental is basically clean and is ample room for 5.-6. We had 7 which was allowed, but a bit cramped. The queen bed mattress was such that you rolled into the middle to each other so one adult slept on the couch. It is better for one adult. Other beds were fine. It took three times at 40-50 minutes to dry a load of beach towels. A new dryer is definitely needed. Drain in the smaller bathroom sink does not drain very fast. You need to remove the drain plug. Very basics in kitchen but sufficient. Other units can have dogs so be prepared for that. There are 42 steps to this teThe view is wonderful.

Amazing property
The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great mini vacation. The views cannot be beat and the beach was awesome. Very little people on the beach granted it was early May. The location is super convenient for all we intended to do. Hang Ten Grill has an amazing burger, Buzz’s Roost has some really good food despite the appearance inside and driving into Wilmington for Tarantelli’s is an absolute must!

Mimis-place was fantastic. Right on the beach. Just a short private walk way and you're in the water. Comfy beds and all the acutrimemts of home. A1 Property Mngmnt was great to work with! Aj was quick to return any calls or texts with any questions i had. Will definitely be back!

Spring break
This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and it was beautiful. The apartment is exceptionally clean and has gorgeous views of the beach. Parking is very tight which is normal for the area. There are quite a few steps up to this top floor but it is worth it very quiet and spacious

Beautiful view, lovely condo
Outstanding views from lovely, spacious top-floor condo. Loved the interior design. Practically speaking, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Two points to be aware - sound carries easily in the condo, and across floors. Although the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo as the kitchen, we could hear the refrigerator open. We had a noisemaker for our baby, and that did the trick for making sure she slept through it all. Also, we could hear children below us, and I am certain, our children could be heard, as well. Finally, the deck is gorgeous, but it slants downward which felt scary.
