Clean unit with nice Small Kitchen
A fishing buddy and I rented this unit for 4 nights. It was in a good location for our fishing. The unit was clean and had a nice functional Kitchen and Full Size Refrigerator. For a couple sleeping in the same Bed, this unit would be ideal. It has a King Sized Bed and nice Sized Bedroom. If you are 2 guys fishing, 1 would have to sleep on a Futon in the Living Room. There are 2 Futons in the Living Room. One is small enough and firm enough it would sleep a child. The listing indicates 'Sleeps 6'. Which I'm guessing is 2 in the King Size Bedroom and 2 on each Futon.... If all 6 are adults, the 4 Adults on the Futons are going to be very uncomfortable. - So I would recommend only 2 Adults and 1 Child for maximum occupancy and Comfort.

Thanksgiving get away
We had a great stay. The house is quite nice. We enjoyed the sun coming in the window warming us and sitting on the porch catching the last rays of the day. Not so sure if I’d enjoy it in the warmer weather though. Main room would need some type of shade or curtain in warmer weather. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 would be the shortage of some kitchen supplies and some lighting issues. I would stay here again though.

Nice little studio
Not a whole lot of frills to this one, but the host was very welcoming. She left us a fresh bag of ice and bottled water which was a nice touch. Everything was clean and fresh. The stairs up are a bit steep which was tough for my parents, but we managed ok. No laundry on site, so if you have beach activities planned, be aware. We did get a great recommendation for a nice laundromat and restaurant in neighboring towns.
