✔ Security Deposit – A $150 hold will be placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days post-checkout if no damages occur.
✔ Rental Agreement – Must be signed within 24 hours of booking to secure your stay.
✔ Identity Verification – A secure third-party verification (ChargeAutomation) is required before check-in.

Small, respectful gatherings may be approved in writing with an additional fee.
Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
🚫 NO Smoking Indoors – $500 fine for any evidence of smoking.
🚫 NO Moving or Removing Decor – This home is carefully curated—please leave decor & furniture in place.
🚫 NO Food in Bedrooms – Help us maintain a clean and pest-free environment.
🚫 NO Taking Linens or Towels Off-Site – These must remain on the property.
🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
Outdoor areas close at 10:30 PM (Mon–Thurs) & 12:30 AM (Fri–Sun).
🐾 Pet Policy – Your Furry First Mate is Welcome!
🐶 Pet Fee: $85 per dog, per stay (non-refundable).
💳 Damage Deposit: $150 per pet (refundable if no damages).
✔️ Maximum: 1 dog per stay (under 25 lbs).
✔️ Must be crated when left alone in the home.
✔️ Provide pet details (breed, weight) when booking.
🐾 All pets must be house-trained & well-behaved. Please clean up after your pet to keep the home fresh for future guests!
🔒 Security & Safety Measures
✔ Smart Entry & Cameras – The home features front-door security cameras & smart sensors for guest safety.
🚨 Tampering with security devices (including doorbell cameras) will result in a $500 fine & immediate cancellation.
✔ Wildlife Notice – The home is near wooded areas, and occasional insects or small animals may be present. No refunds will be issued for wildlife encounters.
