There are several “luxury” options for accommodations in El Centro. This property was perfectly located. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool area was very special. The rooms were large and clean. The hotel was not noisy and the room were set back from the street. Highly recommend.

The property and staff are gorgeous. The location is also super good. There was a small roach this morning in the shower, crawling up the wall next to where the towels were hanging. Also the food wasnt as great as expected. The location and staff really deserve the 5 starts but Management should invest extra time in ensuring plague control and eleveate the food quality.

The crew at this Hotel was excellent, breakfast delicious and good selection, lunch was great as well. Room was decent size and bed comfortable. Roof top terrace and pool had a great view but was small. The Hotel condition would need an improvement, has come into the years.

Good location in the centre of the old city, however the hotel is tired. Our premium room had mould on the ceilings, lampshades and upholstered furniture. Had we been staying for longer than 2 nights I would have requested to move rooms. Breakfast was poor. Jordon at the concierge desk was helpful.

The staff here was amazing specifically Jorge in the bar by the pool. So attentive, so kind, he would be the reason we return. Bastion was in a great location. Walkable to everything.

I had to slam my hotel room door in order to be able to close it, which caused a lot of noise. It would have been helpful if there was a towel rack where we can hang used towels - which would help the towels dry after use.
