Quick Trip to Cartagena
Casa Emma is a lovely place Centrally located in the walled historic center of Cartagena. The hotel seems newly renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional, especially from Kevin who works at the front desk, He did his best to sort out any issues that we had. My reasons for 4 stars is because the hot water in our room did not work, And also we had issues with the TV the first night, the addition of nightstands would also make the small room more comfortable. While the TV was sorted out the next day, They had to arrange for me to shower in another room because our hot water was not fixed. We did not want to move to the room with the hot water because the internet was not working well in that room. Overall it was a comfortable and clean place to stay and they offered us a tasty breakfast which I did not expect. I would stay there again.

I recently stayed at Casa Emma, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is new and impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of its guests. The location couldn’t be more convenient—it’s within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their warm, attentive service made me feel right at home, and it was clear they genuinely cared about creating a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines modern amenities, an excellent location, and outstanding hospitality. Will definitely be coming back!!!

It was a great experience for me and my wife. Very cozy atmosphere like our home. Caring staff who always are there to assist us with kindness and big smile. But the best part is you are in the center of history of Cartagena. Very safe and surrendered with colorful houses. Amazing hotel breakfast and street food.

Excelente hotel, no tengo quejas
Excelente hotel, limpio, nuevo, excelente servicio en todo, con excelente ubicación si uno quiere ir a los lugares turísticos de la ciudad, muy seguro de noche y de día, y a pesar de estar dentro de la ciudad amurallada, adentro del hotel y de la habitación muy silencioso para poder descansar. Los trabajadores y el dueño del hotel muy amables y atendieron cualquier inquietud, duda o petición que uno tuviese. Sugirieron excelentes lugares para visitar y si quieren transporte o un tour también recomiendan gente de su confianza. Definitivamente volveré a ese lugar la próxima vez que esté en Cartagena, esperando que sigan manteniendo la calidad del servicio ofrecida a mi esposa y a mí. No tengo quejas.

Buena opción en el centro
El Hotel es muy bien ubicado. La gente es muy amable y trata de hacer todo para que se siente cómodo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cómodas y limpias. El hotel estaba solo abierto por 3 semanas entonces todavía faltan unas cosas para terminar y hay trabajos en el hotel. El desayuno es bueno. De todas formas lo pasamos muy bien.
