The pictures on the website does not reflect how uncomfortable are the rooms, particularly the bed and bedlining. The breakfast was not only poor and limited but also the bread had mold spores.

1) We rented two rooms. When we checked in, one room we and maintaince could not get in. The other had black mold in the bathroom. We got two new rooms 2) Second set of rooms, both had black mold. We pointed this out to the staff, who refused to refund our money for the stay, so we could go someplace reasonable. 3) When checking out, I found $ 660 had been STOLEN from me and my wifes clothing left in the room by the cleaning staff, as well as her headphones. We reported this to the company. No action was taken. Note: I have NEVER left a negative review like this before. I am very flexible. This is just impossibly bad.

I didnt like anything about the property it was old and needed a lot of work and renovation s terrible service .the a.c systems were old and didnt work had to switch rooms twice because of that.maid service was terrible they wouldnt give you clean towels hen asked an essential thing.i give this property a bad review would not recommend it to anyone.

Nothing in that hotel was likeable it was extremely disappointing in fact my 4 day stay was Ruined because of the hotel you couldn’t even sit in the bathroom. It’s not a hotel it’s worst then motel only good thing was Ac worked well

I didn't like anything about this place, staff is rude, bes is made of concrete, my mom had cockroaches in ther room then they came to exterminate them and left a bad odor that they had to open the window. Bathroom was horrible and the room service came to ask for towels even with the do not disturb sign. One night the room almost didn't open and you can hear the next room shower. I tried to cancel my stay but Raphael offered 2 others hotels that were worst. I ended up leaving one day before and losing my money.

rock hard bed,because the base is concrete.the buffet is a joke,recycled chicken for 3 days.poor selection of food and was terrable .the bathroom was unreal,the toilet area is so small that when i used it, my knee was against the wall.cockroaches at the buffet,and in my room.DON,T GO HERE.

The check in was too slow, we have to wait in a line for more than 10 minutes. Only one member for the holidays. The room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 nights.

Disastrous stay

Terrible experience, room, bed, shower were all terrible. The balcony door was held with a screw, the wind would blow it open, TV didn’t work, no cable or basic channel; no WiFi; shower curtain was small; bathroom floor would get soaked from shower. Hotel should be 1 Star not 3 stars. What a shame becaus the location is very central.

Don't go there. It clouded our whole vacation, because it is a very dirty place. They don't clean the room. And they treat you very poorly all over. Plus they made us pay more at our arrival.
