Tilava (260 m²), hyvin varusteltu talo kahdessa kerroksessa, joka on osa entisöidyssä maatilan Hamlet. Konkurssipesän kattaa 5 eekkeriä, ja se sisältää kahdeksan talon asetettu kaunis puutarha, jakaa 20 x 10 metrin travertiini vuorattu allas ja tenniskenttä. Talomme, suurin Hamlet, on oma terassi ja puutarha, ja kaunis varjostettu ulkopuolella ruokailutila. Upeat näkymät sisältävät vuoret, viinitarhat ja kaukainen keskiaikaisten tornien San Gimignano. On yhteinen keittiö puutarha yrttejä ja vihannesten.

Olemme luoneet miellyttävässä miljöössä, koska se on meidän toinen koti, on useita erittäin houkuttelevia arkkitehtonisista yksityiskohdista. Sisällä, lattiat ovat joko marmoria tai terrakotta laatat, ja huonekalut on aistikas sekoitus ajan ja moderni. Kolme kahden hengen ja yksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta täydentävät marmori kaakeloitu kylpyhuone. Tilava kaareva olohuone on hyvin varusteltu kirjahyllyt, laaja valikoima musiikkia ja videoita, ja avoin takasta. Suuri maalaismainen keittiö on kaikki mukavuudet kaikkein innostunut kokki.

Wunderschöns Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die geschotterte Zufahrtsstrasse, die durch wohl tagelangen Regen eine einzige Schlagloch-und Rillenpiste war. Für uns mit Allrad kein Problem, für unsere Mitreisenden ohne Allrad schon.

Wonderful location in Tuscany
Everything you would expect from a Tuscan Villa and more. Jacky and Annie communicated very well, the Villa was well stocked, the pictures don’t do justice to the view, and the pool was great. We stayed during the hottest part of July (upper 90s every day) and the Villa stayed at a comfortable temperature with fans for use at night. One note is that we suggest a small 4 wheel drive SUV if you plan to visit Vineyards. Many of them with the views are at the top of gravel road hills and while a big car would not be good, having 4-wheel drive is helpful. As many have mentioned, we had Serena cook one night and probably should have just hired her for the whole week. She was great! We can’t recommend this place enough and we hope to be back!

Tuscany Magic!
This is a beautiful home on a stunning property with sprawling views of the Tuscan countryside. The pool was the ideal place to unwind and cool off after a day of exploring the surrounding towns and sights. The home itself was ideal for our family and everyone had their own lovely bedroom and bath. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen and eating outside in the evenings as well as watching the sunsets and admiring the views with a glass of Chianti. Paul and Annie were friendly and helpful during the booking and check in process and providing restaurant recommendations as well. Wonderful hosts and an out of this world stay. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Tuscan property
The property is set upon a hill, surrounded by vineyards and offers amazing views. This 4 bed 4 bath property has everything you could possibly need for a home from home stay. The outdoor areas are wonderful for enjoying a home cooked meal and a glass of Chianti Classico. We had Serena cook for us one evening- wonderful! The swimming pool area is lovely with ample sun loungers, bathrooms and showers. Both the owner and the property manager were easy to contact and gave us all the information we needed. We stayed for 10 days and visited many of the surrounding towns. Perhaps our only issue is that we had no clean linens during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property for a peaceful holiday.

50th Anniversary Getaway
What a great place, and serene locale, to have a month to relax, enjoy family, soak up the culture and the life style. Le Bagnaie gave us an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. The villa we stayed in offered us room to spread out, a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside(since it is located on top of a hill), a well appointed kitchen, which Serena, our local chef used multiple times to prepare meals. It did not matter whether it was just for 2 or as many as 8 of us. Fresh, locally sourced meals with multiple courses, greeted us for breakfast or dinner time. Even though our stay spanned a period from mid May to mid June, we were able to enjoy the huge pool and the grounds for nearly the full time frame. IT did not hurt that the weather was near perfect, and even if there was a passing afternoon of evening shower, the fair winds and surrounding countryside and mountain ridges seem to make more brief interludes. While other guests also stayed in other areas in this fully refurbished farmhouse complex, we were rarely aware that others were around. Private patios, a flower garden both in front and behind the villa, make this place a special experience. .

Wonderful villa with spectacular views
We absolutely loved Anne’s gracious house, which was spacious and well appointed. Thoughtful amenities and a well equipped kitchen helped us cook some great meals, and the surrounding countryside provided plenty of hill villages and restaurants and walks. We felt we could have spent a month here. Thanks to the host!

Takes your breadth away
Ths whole experience lives up to all expectations. Annie was very helpful throughout the process and the house and property are like the photos. We all joked that we did not need to go see other views because we had the best view in Tuscany in our backyard! The property is very tranquil and centrally located for day trips. The house worked well for our group of 7 and we look forward to returning!

We were a party of 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and beauty of Le Bagnaie ( The Barn ). The sunsets on the back patio enjoying a glass of wine with family was fantastic. We visited Pisa, Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Montepulciano and Volterra during our week. A great location and the town of Castellina in Chianti is small and quaint with nice restaurants. It was a fantastic week and to top it off we had Serena cook us two great meals! She is special! Thank you Paul and Anne!

Perfection!!
This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen! The perfect Tuscany retreat. Clean and tastefully decorated. Jacky was a great source of information and Serena cooked the most delicious authentic Tuscan meals. The night we arrived the power was out because of a bad storm the night before, and Serena had dinner waiting on us when we arrived. The views from every corner of this property are so beautiful. Don’t hesitate to book this place…you won’t be sorry!!

Beautiful Home in Picturesque Setting
The house and settings are exactly what I was looking for in a Tuscany stay. Gorgeous views of the hills and vineyards. A living room with a big fireplace, large kitchen, multiple dining areas inside and out, a game room, washer/dryer, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for family members. The only downside I could say is that we dealt with annoying flies. However I would stay here again as overall it was wonderful. Castellina in Chianti is a great small town with wonderful restaurants, a Coop/food store, gelaterias and some points of history. The location was also excellent for visiting nearby wineries and places like Siena and San Gimignano. Communication was excellent with the Owner. Outside of answering questions I had in a timely manner, the Owner also helped arrange a local chef, Serena, who made two delicious meals for us.

A Tuscan Dream Come True
Le Bagnaie was the perfect villa for us to enjoy two weeks in Tuscany with four other friends. The villa exceeded expectations on all levels. The rooms and baths were big, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, and the courtyard and outside seating areas were spectacular with views to die for! We even enjoyed the use of the garden for fresh vegetables and herbs for cooking . I would highly recommend asking Serena to provide a couple of meals for you. She is a true talent in Tuscan cooking. Our favorite time of day was returning to the villa after exploring and enjoying the sunset and wine. Only caution I would recommend is not to arrive at night. The last 1.7 cm is on a twisting, narrow, gravel road but that was typical for the area. Please don’t hesitate to book Annie’s place for your stay.

This is a beautiful, lovingly maintained house and garden, set on the top of a hill with the most beautiful views (we loved the clear views of San Gimignano skyline in the morning). Huge pool, lots of walking tracks, and many villages and towns to visit nearby. What’s not to like?

Beautiful home that was well appointed and very clean. The views were spectacular and the location was convenient for sightseeing. Spectacular! Love love loved our stay!
We were so sad to leave. We arrived in the dark after a long travel day. We see so thrilled when we opened the door and saw our accommodations for the week. True Tuscan charm. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had their own bathrooms and were so spacious. When we woke up the following morning and could see our surroundings we couldn’t believe it. The views were incredible! It’s exactly what you expect Tuscany to look like. The pool is amazing! We cancelled some of our plans just to stay and enjoy the property. We highly recommend booking Serena to cook dinner. We had her come 2 times and it was some of the best food we had. After dinner we’d head outside to enjoy the sunsets which were amazing. Jacky, the caretaker of the property was so helpful with any questions we had about the area. We are already looking to book for next year! We highly recommend this house! The pictures do not capture the true beauty of this house and property. We loved every part of our vacation here! I’m writing this review while visiting Lake Como and wishing we were still in Chianti at this property.

Amazing stay in Tuscany!!
The pictures did not do this home justice....it is even more breath-taking in person. We spent 5 days at Annie and Paul's home and it was the perfect trip ...we spent eberyday exploring different areas in and around Tuscany, coming home to the most amazing retreat. Serena, the resident chef so to speak, made it more of an experience by providing us authentic,delicious, Italian meals right in the comfort of our villa...it was a trip to remember and can't wait to come back!! We are so grateful to have found this villa in the heart of Tuscany that gave us access to so many beautiful places and amazing views. Plus the home is so well appointed while maintaining it's original charm and historic character. Thank you so much!!

Spacious beautiful home with fantastic views
Very relaxing stay. Dirt/rocky road leads up to villa which made it a little tricky at night…especially when GPS had trouble locating. In the end, it worked out for the best, we would get back before dark and cook which saved money and allowed more family time together. Beautiful sunset photos too! Kitchen has everything you need to cook.

In a word, splendid!
Have visited Italy and stayed in many beautiful places, however, Casa dei Fiori is truly stunning. What was once a cluster of buildings comprising an old farm, has been thoughtfully - brilliantly- renovated. We three retired cousins and spouses stayed for six days. We wish we could have stayed six weeks!! From beautifully landscaped surroundings and stunning views from every door and window, to the attention to detail of amenities and accommodations, Casa dei Fiori is perfect! Pictures on the website do not do it justice. The large kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room is spacious and living room comfortable for the six of us. All bedding and linens were comfortable - excellent. Hot water wonderful. All appliances worked perfectly. Our host could not have been more attentive or accommodating. Even a coffee grinder and frother. The house is in a remote high hillside location with stunning vistas in every direction. The very feel and spirit of the place is quintessential Tuscany! We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

You will love the views. The pool looked amazing even though the temperature was to cool to use it in the beginning of April. Location is close to a village with highly rated restaurant options. Great access to Siena, Florence, and San Gimignano.
