Villa la Cipressaia on osa tyypillistä toscanalaista maalaistaloa, joka on upotettu vihreisiin Chianti-kukkuloihin, joita ympäröivät viinitarhat ja oliivitarhat. Vasta remontoitu alkuperäinen kivirakennus seisoo hyvin hoidettua vihreä nurmikko. Suuri puutarha on täysin aidattu varmistaa täydellisen yksityisyyden. Syöttäminen kiinteistön olet tervetullut ihana kivi kivetty piha.

Maalaismainen rakenteelliset piirteet ovat säilyneet ja tyylikkäästi sulanut kanssa toimiva, mutta tyylikäs sisustus, jossa modernit mukavuudet ja antiikkia täydellinen viehättävä kuva.

MAJOITUS


Villa on on oma yksityinen tilat: yksityinen suuri puutarha, oma forniture ja kaiken.
uima-allas on jaettu muiden ihmisten muiden osa Villa. Vain minun huvila käytetään vuokraamisesta joten siellä on vain vähän ihmisiä enemmän! (2-3)


Villa ulottuu kahdessa kerroksessa.

Pohjakerroksessa on olohuone, TV sat, Wi-Fi Internet-yhteys, avotakka ja vuodesohva. Vielä tässä kerroksessa on pieni wc ja ruokailuhuone, keittiö täysin varustettu myös uuni ja astianpesukone. Molemmissa huoneissa on suora pääsy ulkoinen alue ja puutarha.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on yksi kylpyhuone, hengen makuuhuone ja kahden hengen huone, katettu Portico.

Rakennus on jaettu kahteen osaan ja allas on yhteiskäytössä toisen pieni huvila jopa 4 henkilöä. Ulkoalue on täysin järjestetty pöytä ja tuolit ja puutarha on täysin yksityinen.

Garden & UIMA

Lähestymme huvila tunnet upotetaan vihreä ympäröivän maaseudun. Puutarha on täysin hoidettuja nurmikko tarjoaa esteettömät näkymät patiolle täysin varustettu syödä ja rentoutua ulkona. Sijainnin ansiosta rauhassa kävelee läpi viinitarhojen.

Vaikka naapurit jakaa allas Villa la Cipressaia, uima-allas (14 x 6 metriä) on erillinen puutarha ja ei lainkaan häiritä rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta puutarhaan kiinni omaisuutta tai katsella, joka ulottuu pois yli liikkuvan Chianti kukkulat.

SIJAINTI:
Villa la Cipressaia sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla yksi tunti Firenzeen ja vain 20 minuuttia Siena. Se sijaitsee kätevästi myös päästä San Gimignano, Volterra, Cortona ja Arezzo. Viisitoista minuutin päässä Rapolano ovat kylpylät kanssa kuuma kevät lämmitettyä allasta ja fango (muta) hoitoja. Se on viiden minuutin ajomatkan päässä kauppoja ja ravintoloita kylässä Castelnuovo Berardenga.

Lähin kylä San Gusme vain 2 km päässä hotellista, tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet mukana ravintola, baari, viinibaari, ruokakauppa ja posti. Puhumattakaan Valdichiana Outlet Village, jossa enemmän 100 liikettä tärkeimmistä nykyaikaisen merkit tervetuloa vain 35 minuutin päässä hotellista.

Kanssa alueella löytyy ratsastus, ballooning, ja maastopyörä vuokraus, viini ja oliiviöljy kartanot avoinna käydä ja ruoanlaitto luokkiin.

Nice but a little disappointed....
Very nice villa in a great, peaceful and scenic location between Sienna and Arezzo. Disappointed because the pool was closed after recent rains though we booked it for the pool and were not notified it would be closed. Pools at other places we stayed in the region were open. Also, prior guests had smoked inside and ashtrays were full tho we let the host know we are allergic to smoke and were told there was no smoking allowed inside. Local wine tasting and restaurants were great, and the villa itself was very pretty.

Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschöner Gegend
Die Villa ist ein zauberhafter Ort für alle, die Ruhe und Natur genießen wollen. Die Anfahrt ist nur mit dem Auto möglich. Der letzte Streckenabschnitt führt durch eine märchenhafte Zypressenallee. Das Grundstück liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Weinberge. Die Villa ist in zwei autarke Wohnparteien mit jeweils eigenen Garten aufgeteilt. Der Garten ist groß und hübsch bewachsen. Das Haus ist individuell und gemütlich mit kunstvollem Ambiente. eingerichtet. Die Vermieter, die Familie Gigli, sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns mit unseren unmittelbaren Villa-Nachbarn gut verstanden. Insgesamt gibt es hier vier Eigentümerparteien, die den Pool geinschaftlich nutzen. Das hat für uns gut funktioniert. Die Eigentümer/ Bewohner der benachbarten Häuser legen Wert auf ihre Ruhe und die Einhaltung der Pool-Regeln. Dazu gehört auch die Beachtung der Pool-Zeiten für die Gäste (10-13 und 15 bis 18 Uhr). Wir konnten uns damit gut arrangieren, weil wir sowieso viel unterwegs waren.

Das Haus ist wie abgebildet, leider ist es im Haus sehr dunkel und muffig, da es mit sehr vielen Gegenständen vollgestellt ist. Die Umgebung, Landschaft die ganzen kleinen Orte sind sehr schön für Ausflüge.

Schönes Haus, doch wichtige Informationen fehlten in Anzeige
Der Aufenthalt war 50/50. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Ruhige, abgelegene Lage, doch es ist Teil eines größeren Hauses mit zwei sehr anstrengenden Anwohnern. Das für uns größte Problem war, dass wir erst bei Ankunft im Haus erfuhren, dass der Gemeinschaftspool nur von 10-13 und 15-18 Uhr zu nutzen ist - und Kinder bis 18 Jahren durch einen Erwachsenen zu beaufsichtigen sind. Dies hat unsere vollständige Urlaubsplanung zunichte gemacht. Leider gab es mit der Vermieterin keine Lösung zu einer Rückzahlung oder kürzerem Aufenthalt. Auch FeWo hat sich um nichts gekümmert. Wir haben somit den Urlaub nach sechs (von 14) Tagen abgebrochen. Wer also denkt er könne den Pool nach Bedarf nutzen, der sollte die Finger von dem Objekt lassen.

Beautiful Villa
We were both very pleased with this charming villa, set in beautiful countryside about 15 minutes drive from the nearest small town. We loved the rustic feel of the villa with amazing views of the surrounding vineyards. The hosts, while we didnt meet up due to our busy schedules, were fabulous, and great at communicating to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We used the villa here as a base to make day trips to surrounding towns like Assisi, Perugia, San Gimignano and Montepulciano, all towns worth visiting.

This property is amazing, especially during the warmer months. It is as lovely as described. It’s expensive to heat during cooler months. Communication with the property manager was challenging as her English is limited, as is our Italian. The location is central in terms of visiting a variety of hill towns, but remote in terms of finding dinner, especially during the off season.

Our stay at Villa Donato was truly a wonder experience. Within and hour or less you can visit many of the enchanting hill towns of Tuscany, such as Castellina, Rodda & Cortona to name a few. If you want to visit the Brunello wine region it is also in that same range of travel. The gardens are amazing and perfect for outdoor dinners & breakfasts. The kitchen is well equipped & very nice for preparing home cooked meals. Our stay was delightful!

Absolutely amazing!
We had a wonderful stay. The views and gardens are amazing and the pictures you see online do not do it justice. The views are breathtaking. The home is comfortable and has everything you need. We had 5 people so our teenager had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room but it wasn’t too bad, It is a convenient location for exploring the Chianti region but is also an amazing property to stay and relax. Bianca was a very responsive host and we enjoyed meeting her mother who greeted us at the property. Overall, our favorite place during our 15 day tour of Italy!

What a gem in the hills of Tuscany. The gardens are exquisite surrounding the villa with a picturesque view from every window. We also enjoyed the visiting cat who was so friendly and sweet. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and slept restfully. Would love to return soon.

Great views!
Lovely spot with gorgeous views. It proved to be a good location to explore Tuscany. When we arrived it was a chilly day and we were invited to fire up the boiler although warned heat was expensive and we would be charged additional for any fuel used so we toughed it out not wanting to deal with it.

You’ll find yourself surrounded by wineries, olive trees, drop-dead sunrises and sunsets as well as wild culinary herbs that seem to grow as high as trees. The villa itself is furnished for comfort with an eye to aesthetics. Almost everywhere there are antiques, some of considerable value. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plenty of dinnerware, a gorgeous professional Italian stove with gas burners, and a giant electric oven. Believe it or not, there’s even a professional hand-cranked meat slicer just in case you decide to pick up a ten-pound mortadella that needs to be sliced. Situated in the heart of Chianti country, this villa is a place to unwind, eat, and drink to your heart’s content. Gina, the owner, lives nearby and is more than willing to respond to any request or question you may have. She’s a great lady who obviously knows what to offer a tourist looking to realize his or her dream of escaping to the heart of the Tuscan hills.

Fantastic Villa in Tuscany
We had an incredible experience staying here - amazing location , views , well equipped and easy checkin/ out process. The pool was awesome as well , albeit, as a shared property there were certain times the pool was unavailable to us ….. but lots of time it was so didn’t impact us too negatively. I’d def recommend this property to family and friends.

Beautiful, Relaxing and Quiet!
We had a wonderful week at this charming villa. It’s the perfect place to relax among the beautiful gardens while overlooking the Italian countryside with the sounds of church bells in the distance. It truly is like something you would see in a movie! The villa is charming and filled with interesting artwork yet equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s not air conditioned so I was worried about being hot at night but with the windows open we stayed plenty cool with the breezes. We enjoyed the pool a lot too. I hope we can return to this picture perfect villa again as it was truly a highlight of our Italian vacation!

Charming Villa in the Heart of Tuscany
San Donato villa in Castelnuovo Berardenga was everything we were hoping for on our visit to Tuscany and more. It is situated in the away from town on a hilltop with panoramic views in all directions of the vineyards and countryside. Inside, the villa has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable, interesting furnishings. The garden and pool areas are beautiful although the weather was too cold and rainy during our stay to allow us to use them as much as we had hoped. The whole package provides a very relaxed atmosphere where you can really feel you can get away from it all. Even though the villa is situated in the countryside, it was still close enough for us to visit all of the mountainside towns we had hoped to see. Siena is just a short 20 minute drive away and we also visited Montepulciano, San Gimigianno and Florence which were all within a 1 hour drive. There are also wineries to visit and even two Michelin star restaurants in the town of Villa a Sesta just 5-10 minutes away. Or, you can rent bicycles, walk the vineyards or just relax at the villa. One final note about our trip is that Bianca was a gem to work with throughout our trip. She was very responsive to our inquiries right from the start and was truly indispensable during our stay. She met us in San Gusme to guide us to the villa and showed us around when we arrived. We had trouble with lost luggage and she went out of her way to assist us with the courier company who delivered the bags (not so easy to find the villa even for them especially when there truck breaks down halfway in route). Bianca had many recommendations for activities and sights to see. She recommended a friend of hers (Kathy) for a guided tour of Siena, which was one of the highlights of our trip. I'm not usually a big fan of guided tours, but Kathy's was fantastic and well worth the money spent. Overall I give Bianca a gold star for customer service. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay at San Donato and would love to return again sometime in the future. Thank you Bianca very much!

Absolutely fabulous
This is a beautiful home with gorgeous vistas from every window and angle. Garden areas are truly magical. We loved Quei2 restaurant in Castelnuovo Berardenga and visited several times. Best part of our stay was spent enjoying the gardens. We spotted three wild boar! Highly recommend this property😍😍😍
