The parking is a plus because it is secure and a security guard assist in going in and out. The restaurant is good but it can get get more seasoned servers and cooks. we always waited for a while for our food and the coffee was bad. The shower curtains were taped together and a bad water flow for the water. The shower curtains felt grimy and dirty. The staff were polite and friendly.
Clean enough, the room is modern, bed was comfy and the water is HOT. aircon works great and it everything you need. Do not expect a Marriott or anything luxurious. This is a hotel for people to sleep and stay comfortably. This region of the Philippines isn’t known for its luxury, so you are getting the best available.
Internet is very unstable to the point that you can’t work remotely. Food was only ok. I was scammed/lied to upon checkin. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a queen sized bed for an additional fee. When I got to room, it only has a double sized bed. The staff responded ‘that is our queen size’. A 54” width bed is not a queen and no you can’t have your own measuring scale. If staying here, avoid this scam!
This hotel stay was one of our best in the Philippines. The room was clean, well-lit, and the service was very good. Location is convenient and the free shuttle van to the airport was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend!

I like everything except that parking space is under maintainance.
The room was not clean at all. The floor was dirty, the sheets had not been changed. After wiping the floor with a wet wipe we saw just how dirty the floor was , the wipe was black.
The hot water was not working. We transferred rooms three times and still they were not working. No apology no offer of making up for this unforgivable shortcoming
