Tämä koti sijaitsee pienessä aidatussa yksityiskoteiden erillisalueessa ja vain noin 100 metriä ranta-alueellesi ja uimalaiturillesi. Siellä on suuri uima-allas, jossa on mukavat sohva ja varjoisa Palapa. Vaikka tämä koti ei ole suoraan rannan edessä, se on rannalla paljon ja halvempaa kuin edessä oleva koti, hieno arvo vain muutamalle lisäaskeleelle valtameren rannalle. Kaikkialla on moderneja saarepinnoitteita, laattalattiat, Belizian parkettilattiat, täysin varustettu keittiö, liinavaatteet, pesukone, taulu-TV / DVD, wifi, ilmastointi ja iso uima-allas lepotuoleilla. Koti on rakennettu paksuista teräsbetonilattioista ja seinistä sekä Yhdysvaltojen / Kanadan standardien mukaisesti. * Meren valtamerestä saapuva tuulenvire on virkistävää useimmissa päivissä. Tämä on rauhallinen alue, vain 5 minuutin pyöräretki kaupunkiin, lähellä monia upeita ravintoloita, paikallisia päivittäistavaroita ja tiki cabana -baareja.

Runsaita palmuja ja kukkalehdet ympäri. Ranta-alue on yksi harvoista saarella. Pieni yksityinen erillisalueemme päätti rakentaa uimalaiturin / -alustan aamu- / iltapäivän nautinnollisimmaksi sukeltamiseksi meressä. Voit istua telakan lopussa ja katsella riutan murtumista aivan merellä. Trooppiset kalat ovat päivittäinen tapahtuma. Jos matkustat omalla veneelläsi, voit varata paikan laiturillasi oleskellessasi erillisalueella. Allas on 33'x15 'leveä ja Belizian kovapuusta kiedottu kansi.

On olemassa useita lepotuoleja, joissa on tyynyt istuaksesi uima-altaan äärellä ja rentoutuaksesi ladataksesi akkuja seuraavaan seikkailuosi. Allas on jaettu 2 kodillemme. Meillä on vuokrattavana melontalautoja, merikajakkeja ja kanootteja. Vuokraamme myös saari polkupyöriä matkustaaksesi ja kiertääksesi upeasta seikkailusta kaiken ikäisille! Meillä on lasten polkupyöriä, lastenkuljetusvälineitä ja pinnasänkyjä pyynnöstä.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Belizen valliriutta. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla concierge-palvelut. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Smelly Sargassum
Overall the property was nice. The smell of the Sargassum was pretty bad here. In fact, the worst on the whole island. There are properties on either side that do not maintain it and it really puts a damper on their property. We arrived and the windows were open, and the whole place smelled of rotten eggs. Once the windows were closed and the AC on, it took about a half of a day to rid the smell from the property. We had to keep the windows and door shut while we were there. The rest of the island is doing a good job of keeping the Sargassum at bay, which was why it was so disappointing. I reached out to the owners through VRBO, but never got a response. There was not clear instructions on where exactly this property was. If they had just said Palmetto, then it would have been simple to find. Instead we had a taxi driver take us to the other Velento property and charge us extra, when we literally could have walked from the airport. That's what we did on the way out. It was a 3 minute walk to the airport. The place was clean, the staff very nice. The location was a bit far from town and any other restaurants. It would have been nice if the bikes were included with the rental and not extra for that reason. Several other resorts had bikes included. The complimentary kayaks and paddle boards were a nice touch, but it was super windy and hard to go far. Also hard to launch them with the murky water at the shoreline. The pools were like bathtubs, so not very refreshing.

Island Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Velento. The room was so nice and not that we needed everything, but it is stalked with everything. The staff were all wonderful and I especially loved dealing with Beyonce and Isabell, they were both the best and really sweet. The pools and especially the pier are great! I could go on an on, but just know that this is a great property, and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great 2 weeks Velento and Caye Caulker.

Really wonderful staff and very clean
I didn’t realize it’s more of a hotel. The check in was great they showed us around, provided lots of towels, a huge filtered water bottle for the room, there are hammocks to chill in, giant Jenga to play, two pools to swim in with comfortable lounge chairs. We rented a golf cart which was super fun to get around in. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with lots of mature plants and trees and they have a full time staff member sweeping the ground to make even the outside spotless. I would highly recommend. We loved the location, the people were great. The pools were clean and refreshing. My only complaint was our room seemed like it was in the middle of all the service happenings so it kinda felt like you were in a fish bowl, not very private. Over all a great stay.

Perfect Condo on Caye Caulker!
My husband and I landed here after 10 days on the mainland and fell instantly in love with the spot. It was perfect for the two of us with all of the amenities we could have needed and then some. We especially appreciated the washing machine, especially after so many travel days. The location was ideal as we weren’t right in the hustle and bustle, but enjoyed riding bikes around town and exploring. We loved it so much we were ready to buy one ourselves, we’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed everything about our suite at Velento Rentals. The property was clean, 5 gallon jugs of fresh water were provided, there were plenty of beach towels and clean bath towels. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. We turned off the a/c when we were not in the room. If you keep all the blinds down, the room will still be nice and cool when you return. This property is within walking distance of the Caye Caulker airport, which was very convenient since we flew in there vs. taking the ferry from Belize City. The dock on this property is amazing with a great breeze blowing to keep you comfortable. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and coffee, as they are not provided.

Loved it!
We are a family of four and this suite had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night. We loved the quiet location away from the bustle but yet 10 min walk to everything you need. Loved the dock access, gardens, paddle boards, and pool; we took advantage of it all. Such a well manicured area with all the amenities you need in the suite. The king bed was so comfy and the futon was also great for our kids. We hope to go back one day.

Perfect and perfectly easy
Velento’s Sunrise Suite was everything we were looking for and even more. The location for us could not have been better: since we flew to Caye Caulker, we could walk in 2minutes literally to Palmetto Beach to check in. It was quiet and secluded, yet just a 5-10m bike ride to the “bustle” of downtown. We rented bikes for the whole week, highly recommend doing that. Shout out to Randy who catered to our every need, a super nice guy! There are many great restaurants on the caye but we also love cooking and barbecuing so again the Suite was ideal for us. The grounds and buildings are kept impeccably clean and neat. It’s truly a lovely oasis we will be returning to.

Fabulous experience
Wow. Just wow. Cauye caulker is an incredible place with beautiful people and scenery. Velento properties had a killer doc, bike rentals and they even let us borrow fishing rods for free. It’s just a short bike ride from the main strip so it was nice to go back to a more chill vibe. The real highlight was the people who worked there, especially Kelvin who went out of his way to chat us up and became a friend by the end of the trip. Nazle also was so helpful in responding to messages about setting up tours and helping us. I can’t say enough about this place and hope to be back someday. Thank you!

Couldn't have been better!
Beautiful property and lovely, quiet suite - clean with everything we needed. The king bed was comfy and the linens were nice. Very private, looking onto the small courtyard. Thought we needed the stove, but ended up eating at most of the local vendors'/restaurants. We used the bicycles exclusively, except for arrival and return to the ferry/water taxi. Managers Don and Nazle were awesome! Super responsive to our few questions, always friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect, has its own beach, dock, beach chairs, bikes and a pool. You can’t ask for anything more. Hospitality was amazing they can help you with anything and not mark up the excursions. A Caribbean gem!
