Fantastic Condo with Forever Views in Cayucos

A fantastic 2 bedroom condo located in the heart of town is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that is Cayucos. Delight in the spectacular views of the Pacific from your upstairs semi private deck.

Through the front door, you'll find the first floor with two beautifully appointed bedrooms (one king and one queen) and a newly remodeled full bath.

Up the stairs, you'll find the generously sized and welcoming open concept living, dining, kitchen, and the best part, get ready for the views. From Morro Rock to the Cayucos Pier and on up the coast. The marine life and surfers are easily seen and always enjoyed.

Another beautiful newly remodeled bathroom with a large shower is located on the upper level as well as a convenient full-size washer and dryer.

The condo is located one hundred feet from the beach so you can spend your days exploring the tide pools, making sandcastles, surf, fishing off the pier or just relaxing and enjoying.

After your day of fun, evenings can be enjoyed by preparing a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen or on the gas BBQ. Don't want to cook, well you're in luck, dine out at any one of many favorites; Schooners, Cafe Della Via, Duckies, Lunada Garden Bistro, Ruddell's Smokehouse and of course, the Brown Butter Cookie Company.

Perfect Morro Bay Area stay
Enjoyed the location. Clean, well equipped unit steps from the beach. Perfect for us. We hope to return in the future. Central to everything we wanted to do and on very quiet. Cayucos is a peaceful old style beach town. Nice restaurants and coffee shops.

Amazing condo
Lovely, clean, well appointed home right on the main drag in Cayucos. Comfortable and homey. Wonderful view! The only thing that's not amazing is the lack of shade on the slider in the living room. You don't want to block that amazing view..... But if you are trying to watch a movie or just chill the last 2 hours before sunset you're not going to be able to easily. So just time your outings around that! Sont let it deter you though, great place!

Beautiful condo in the heart of Cayucos!
This is a lovely condominium right in the heart of Cayucos. The beach is 100 feet away. Ocean Street is the main drag with many stores and restaurants all within walking distances. The condominium is well maintained and very clean. Smart big screen TV in the living room and additional ones in the bedrooms allow you to stream numerous media sources. Balcony with a table and chairs gives you a beautiful view of the sunset over the beach. Bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the first floor and you take stairs up to the living room, kitchen and second full bathroom. Washer/dryer in unit. Will definitely rent again when returning to Cayucos.

Best location in town
Fantastic stay in probably the best spot in town. Right near coffee shops/bakery, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Place was clean and everything was in working order. Will be staying here again on my next visit to California.

Beautiful views, makes you not want to leave the condo. But if you were to venture out everything you need is within close walking distance. Can’t wait to come back! Clean, comfortable condo. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed.

Perfect location
The location of this property is ideal. Beds are comfortable and amenities are good. Steps to the beach and dining. Two flights of stairs are a bit of a problem for older folks, but the view is worth it.

Great place
This condo is wonderful! It’s very well appointed, and opening the patio door brings the ocean view to life! Location is fantastic- entrance right on the main road, backing up to the frontage road at the beach. And yet, it’s VERY quiet. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms lovely. The hostess was super responsive to my questions. Checkout is easy. We will absolutely return.

This condo is wonderful. It has spectacular views of the ocean and is in a great location. We found the beds very comfortable and the linens and other supplies were well stocked. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Great Views and Perfect Location!
This is our second stay at this amazing property! The view of the ocean and the beach is incredible. It is just around the corner from the beach which makes it incredibly convenient for our family. All of the restaurants and store fronts are walkable from the property. Inside the property, it was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We love having a kitchen! We also love that the bedrooms are downstairs so that the living space can still be accessed when the kids go to bed. This is a fantastic property to enjoy Cayucos! We will be back for our next trip! The owners reached out several times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything.

Cayucos adventure
The views from this condo are phenomenal and you can’t beat the location. It was just so easy to meander to the beach, walk around town or go get something to eat. The grocery store was an easy walk and it was fun to just be out and about. We rode e-bikes out to morro rock and went to check out the elephant seals in Cambria…the coastal drive is relaxing as well… the condo it self was stocked with k cups and laundry detergent, tp and shampoo and conditioner, beach chairs and boogie boards. I wasnt expecting any of this so it was a comforting surprise. Lots of soft blankets and comfortable beds-we didn’t really hear the neighbors. It feels safe in the community which was also a plus if you want to send a teen to the store or to pick up food…I would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend!
Had some friends visiting from Wisconsin and wanted to take them to a part of the California coast they didn't know existed. Unfortunately, it was a rainy weekend, and we didn't get a chance to enjoy the view from the deck. Everything else was great! Went to Hearst Castle, saw the Sea Lions and went to the Monarch Grove. Like to go back on a sunny weekend and enjoy the view from the deck...

Great condo!
We drove out from Colorado for some quality time with our daughter & son in law. We wanted a ocean view where we could walk to shops & restaurants not far from other beach communities. This was. Great place that suited us well. We liked the off street owner parking and that it has all you need in way of conveniences. Caretakers were great communicators! Thanks!
